High school physical education classroom teaching is the main form of high school quality education,is the main front of carrying out moral cultivation.At present,there are some problems in high school physical education classroom teaching,such as less investment in physical education curriculum construction,insufficient physical education equipment,empty physical education research facilities,complex learning situation and so on,which often lead to teaching conflicts.Classroom teaching conflict has an important impact on the quality of physical education classroom teaching and the relationship between teachers and students.Not conducive to the achievement of classroom teaching objectives,classroom teaching process implementation.At present,high school physical education classroom teaching between "deconfliction" and "conflict intensification" between the two extremes.How to view and deal with the classroom teaching conflict and make the work of Lide and cultivating people return to the true education become the subject of The Times.Through the method of literature,observation,interview and case analysis,this study elaborated the concept,type,root and specific manifestation of the conflict behavior in high school physical education classroom teaching,analyzed the factors and influence of the conflict behavior in high school physical education classroom teaching,and proposed reasonable strategies to deal with the conflict behavior in high school physical education classroom teaching,with specific conclusions as follows:(1)Physical education classroom teaching conflict refers to the contradictory beliefs or open confrontation between teachers and students or between students in physical education classroom teaching activities due to the differences in teaching content,purpose,method,environment and feedback.(2)According to different classification standards,high school physical education classroom teaching conflicts can be divided into different types.According to the conflict process,it can be divided into teaching and learning mode conflict,teaching and learning progress conflict,teaching and learning evaluation conflict.According to whether the conflict has presupposition,it can be divided into presupposition conflict and emergent conflict.Conflict can be divided into explicit conflict and implicit conflict according to the state of existence.Conflict can be divided into positive conflict and negative conflict according to its impact,knowledge conflict,emotion conflict and value conflict according to the nature of classroom teaching conflict,and conflict can be divided into conflict,compromise conflict,problem solving conflict and avoidance conflict according to different strategies adopted by both parties.(3)High school physical education classroom teaching conflict is a "double-edged sword",both advantages and disadvantages.This study focuses on operational conflict,that is,open confrontation.Its positive side: to promote teachers’ teaching ability and students’ learning ability,so as to achieve "teaching and learning";Release the conflict between teachers and students,better maintain the relationship between teachers and students,student relations;It is beneficial to update the management method of PE classroom teaching in high school.Its negative side: affect teaching progress,block normal teaching;Damage the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students or students;It may lead to more serious after-school violence.Although the teaching conflict in high school physical education classroom may not bring destructive consequences,as long as the consequences are negative,it may cause terrible effects.Therefore,this study will specifically look at scenarios that can lead to conflict becoming destructive and escalating.(4)After the conflict occurs in high school physical education classroom,both parties to the conflict usually adopt such means as hint reminder,compromise and rational avoidance to solve the conflict;There are also extreme ways to deal with conflicts such as suppression,sarcasm,revenge and fistfight.(5)Conflicts in classroom teaching of high school physical education are rooted in the inability of teachers or students to choose in classroom teaching.The reasons for the conflict mainly include the scarcity of classroom teaching resources,the sudden change of educational laws and regulations,the zero-sum way of thinking,the cognition of rights,the unfair comparison and suspicion,and the characteristics of the environment in which the parties to the conflict live.The main factors of conflict behavior in high school physical education classroom teaching include curriculum factor,teacher factor,teachers’ and students’ classroom teaching concept factor,lack of proper methods to deal with conflict in high school physical education classroom teaching factor,and other factors.Finally,the author tries to put forward reasonable strategies to deal with the conflict of PE classroom teaching in high school.The main ones are: optimizing the curriculum construction of high school physical education and health;Give play to PE teachers’ leading role in education and teaching;Strengthen classroom teaching management,reach the consensus between teachers and students;Teachers and students grasp strategies and methods to deal with classroom teaching conflicts;Do a good job in classroom teaching conflict case analysis and summary strategies.
