Objectives: To explore the effect of moderate intensity exercise intervention on serum irisin,adiponectin and non-esterified fatty acid in overweight and obese subjects,in order to better play the role of health promotion and prevention and treatment of obesity and other chronic metabolic diseases.Methods: 32 overweight and simple obesity patients(male n=16,female n=16 cases)are recruited.The average age is(26.69 + 5.26)years.35 cases of health experience are used as control group(male n=19,female n=16,mean age 21.26 + 3.48).After collecting the indexes of fasting morning blood and body composition,16 people from the obese subjects are randomly selected for three months’ fitness intervention.After intervention,the same indicators are tested,and the data are statistically analyzed by spss19.0.Results : Before the intervention,the level of serum Irisin,overweight and obese subjects than in healthy control group,and has a very significant difference(P<0.01,Acrp30)level,the healthy control group is higher than that of group 2,and has a very significant difference(P<0.01),and NEFA(p=0.305),there is no significant difference in the overall level,no significant differences exist between men and women;the Person rank correlation analysis of Irisin and BMI,waist hip ratio,Acrp30,HDL-C in the 0.01 level(bilateral)is significantly related to,and FINS at the level of 0.05(bilateral)on.Acrp30 and BMI,waist to hip ratio,Irisin,HDL-C are significantly related to the 0.01 level(bilateral).By age,gender,waist hip ratio,body weight,triglyceride,BMI,HDL-C and Acrp30 as independent variables,using Irisin as the dependent variable for multiple linear regression,results show that Irisin can independently decided by the variables: gender,Acrp30,waist hip ratio(R2=0.638);By age,gender,waist hip ratio,body weight,triglyceride,BMI,HDL-C as independent variables,using Acrp30 as the dependent variable for multiple linear regression,results show that high density lipoprotein and gender can independently decide adiponectin(R2=0.513);Compared with before,the percentage of fat weight,body mass index are significantly reduced(P <0.01),waist hip is significantly lower than the existing(P < 0.05),after the intervention the experimental group’s weight is significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.01).And body mass index were lower than the control group(P < 0.05).Compared to the general blood indexes before and after the intervention,the intervention group FPG significantly increased(P < 0.05)but there is no significant difference in the control group.After the intervention,the concentration of serum Irisin is significantly decreased(P < 0.01),and no significant difference with the control group(P < 0.01),there was a significant increase in the concentration of Acrp30(P < 0.01),NEFA has increased,but not statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)12 weeks’ moderate intensity resistance training,aerobic exercise combined with stretching exercise intervention can effectively reduce the body fat content of overweight and obese adults,and play a good fitness effect.(2)there was a positive correlation between the concentration of irises in the serum and body mass index.(3)there are gender differences in adiponectin level.The specific mechanism needs further study.The fitness intensity and fitness contents of this fitness program are effective for improving serum adiponectin level.
