Research On The Social Work Intervention Of Improving The Resilience Of Rural Left Behind Children From The Perspective Of Advantage

With the rapid progress of urbanization,more and more rural labor force choose to go out to work,and the problem of rural left behind children is becoming more and more prominent.In order to solve the problem of rural left behind children,relevant departments have issued a number of policies and measures.However,due to the large number of rural left behind children,it is only to alleviate the problem of rural left behind children.In the process of social work practice,it is found that most rural left behind children will take the initiative to show an indomitable attitude to face the current adversity,help themselves through the difficulties and make them grow up smoothly.Each rural left behind child has its own choice in the face of adversity.The correct choice can untie the shackles of the dilemma and play a positive role in individual adaptation to the external environment.This ability to actively make the right choice to get rid of the constraints of difficulties is resilience.However,due to the low level of resilience of a small number of rural left behind children,they can not completely resist the dangerous environment,which affects their physical and mental health development.It is worth noting that a small number of left behind children do not have the ability to fight against the dangerous environment,but because of their low level of resilience.Through the improvement and cultivation of resilience,they can enhance their ability to resist the negative effects of adversity and help themselves grow actively and smoothly.In the past,both theoretical research and practical work practice paid too much attention to the problems of rural left behind children,and took the problem as the core to explore the specific implementation plan to solve the problem,so that rural left behind children would rely on the help of the outside world and could not well realize self-help.Since rural left behind children have resilience,we should see that left behind children have their own advantages,and help rural left behind children find and explore their own advantages and improve their resilience level,so as to actively adapt to the negative impact of the dangerous social environment.Firstly,this study conducted a questionnaire survey and interview on the resilience of left behind children in village a to understand their overall development status of resilience,and analyzed the level of internal and external protective factors and risk factors.Taking the internal protective factors of left behind children as the starting point,the protective factors are enhanced by reducing the risk factors.Under the guidance of strength perspective and ecosystem theory,combined with the theoretical framework of kumpfer environment individual interaction model,the "I can ride the wind and waves" resilience improvement group is designed and implemented to improve the abilities of left behind children in village a in interpersonal communication,emotion management,goal setting,problem response,resource exploration,etc,Enhance self optimism and self-efficacy.Strengthen the internal protection force,improve the adaptability of the living environment of left behind children,and provide guarantee for the healthy growth and good development of left behind children.
