A Practical Study On The Psychological Stress Of Left-behind Women In Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Social Suppor

Since 1970s and 1980s,the reform and opening-up has accelerated the economic and social development in China,which has also brought about more and more obvious changes in social structure.Under the background of this era,in order to find higher income,a large number of young rural laborers began to flock to cities,which led to the fact that most rural areas have become gathering places for children,women,the elderly and other left-behind people,among which the problems faced by rural left-behind women groups are endless.They have to stay at home because their husbands go out to work,take on family productive labor,take care of the old and the young,live in harmony with their neighbors and share the burden of the family together.In recent years,relevant scholars’ literature research on left-behind women shows that they are overworked and take care of the elderly and children in the family,which makes them exhausted,and the delicate feelings unique to women make them more sensitive.However,this group can’t alleviate or even solve this situation by themselves because of their limited education level.Over time,these psychological pressure problems caused by staying behind and all kinds of bad emotions have become a social problem that cannot be ignored.In this paper,through the method of social work group,taking the left-behind women in N village as the object,aiming at the psychological pressure they are facing,providing services for the clients in the form of groups,and taking this as the starting point,through the link of community resources and the improvement of social support network system,etc,to intervene in the psychological pressure of the emerging groups of left-behind women in rural areas caused by the special national conditions in China.At the same time,I also want to further improve their self-solving ability and self-efficacy through this practice.
