| Background: Functional Movement Screening(FMS)is composed of 7 movements.It is a physical function examination method derived from the field of rehabilitation theory and is widely used to test and evaluate the basic motor functions of various groups of people.It is helpful to understand the physical flexibility and stability of the subjects,and then analyze the possible risks of the subjects during the exercise process,and then through the subjects’ training plan,training content,training methods and other aspects.Adjust to reduce the occurrence of sports injuries,improve the physical health of subjects,and ensure that subjects promote physical and mental health through sports.Track and field is the most important sports item in the high school physical education curriculum.It includes a variety of basic movement abilities such as running,jumping,and shooting.It is the basic movement ability to improve the physical fitness of high school students,promote their healthy development,and master other sports skills.With the scientific development of school physical education and training,the track and field teaching of high school students needs to carry out targeted teaching training according to the physical state of the students.Functional Movement Screening(FMS)helps to fully grasp the physical state of high school students,and furthermore Make a scientific and reasonable curriculum plan to promote the improvement of high school students’ track and field athletic ability and the development of physical and mental health.Objective: This research aims to improve the effects of high school track and field teaching and improve the physical fitness of high school students.It applies functional movement screening(FMS)to high school track and field teaching,and discusses and analyzes the use of functional movement screening(FMS)in high school physical education.The application methods and effects in the curriculum provide reference and reference for the teaching of track and field events in the general high school physical education curriculum.Methods: This research adopts the method of literature materials,expert interviews,functional movement screening method,and teaching experiment method.49 students in the second grade(1)class of Tianjiabing Middle School in Xiangyang City,25 boys and 24 girls;(2)There are 47 students in the class,24 boys and 23 girls to carry out a16-week teaching experiment.The students tested had no special sports skills,did not participate in off-campus sports training activities,and participated in intra-campus sports activities as normal.The FMS score is used as the design basis of the track and field teaching plan,and the content of high school track and field teaching is dynamically adjusted according to the physical function of high school students.The high school track and field teaching project test and the national student physical health test were used as evaluation indicators to check the teaching effect before and after the experiment.Conclusions:(1)Obtain the FMS scores of high school students in time,adjust the track and field teaching plan based on the score results,and focus on making up for the deficiencies in the physical function of high school students,which will help to improve the quality of track and field teaching and physical health of high school students.(2)The track and field teaching effect of high school students based on the FMS score is not significant in the improvement of sprint and middle-distance running performance,but has a good effect on the jumping and throwing events with strong skills and skills.(3)The results of the physical fitness test of high school students show that the development of track and field teaching based on the FMS score is helpful to improve students’ flexibility,agility,and movement skills in endurance sports.However,the improvement effect in terms of strength quality,speed quality,physical function and shape is not obvious. |
