Innovative talents are the first resource for national independent development and the core strategic goal of national talent training.Innovation literacy is the core quality and concentrated expression of innovative talents.In the field of basic education,our country takes cultivating students’ innovative literacy as an important task to reform and innovate education,such as Shanghai’s "experimental innovation experimental class for ordinary high school students’ innovation literacy cultivation" and Ningxia’s"Innovative literacy education".Comprehensive Reform Experiment",Shandong"Innovation Literacy Cultivation System Construction",etc.With the most extensive and influential innovation literacy education in Ningxia,in 2018,Ningxia was included in the National Basic Education Comprehensive Reform Experimental Zone for its innovation literacy education.However,after investigation,it is found that in the process of promoting innovation literacy education in Ningxia,there are still problems such as the ineffective role of classroom teaching in implementing innovation literacy education,and the lack of in-depth exploration of innovation literacy education elements in various disciplines.Classroom teaching is the main front for the cultivation of innovation literacy.How to fully integrate the elements of innovation literacy into classroom teaching is an urgent problem to be solved in promoting innovation literacy education.In order to solve this problem,the "Notice on Deepening the Promotion of Innovation Literacy Education in the Lower Secondary Schools" pointed out that "it is necessary to make full use of various forms such as flipped classrooms,MOOCs,microvideos and online interactive classrooms to promote innovation literacy through informatization.Education career".The document points the way for the implementation of innovation literacy education in the classroom.The research took the flipped classroom as an opportunity to explore the path of in-depth integration of basic course teaching and innovation literacy training.It is mainly divided into three questions:(1)What is the current situation of discipline innovation literacy teaching in a junior high school in Ningxia?(2)For the problems in the current state of teaching,how to construct a flipped classroom teaching design model from the perspective of innovation literacy?(3)Can the application of the flipped classroom teaching design model in the subject effectively improve students’ innovative literacy?In response to problem(1),the author firstly sorted out the research status of innovation literacy and flipped classroom,and clarified the core elements of innovation literacy and the typical teaching design of flipped classroom.Based on this,the corresponding research tools were designed to investigate the current situation of innovative literacy teaching in a junior high school in Ningxia.In response to question(2),according to the survey results of question(1),the author builds a vision of innovation literacy based on blended learning theory,learning pyramid and innovation ecosystem theory,and based on the principles of pre-class selfexploration,in-class communication and integration,and post-class induction and application.The flipped classroom instructional design model under the domain.In the model,the knowledge growth process and the literacy training path of students are coupled,and the three stages of pre-class,in-class,and post-class are linked by learning products.Before class,stimulate students’ innovative personality,guide students to explore and learn,and create works;in class,students are strengthened in innovative thinking,guided to iterative thinking,reorganization of ideas,and optimization of works;after class,students’ innovative practice is promoted,and students are guided to reflect,summarize,and apply works.Guided by the flipped classroom teaching design model,taking Chinese as an example,combined with the comprehensive and practical characteristics of Chinese,the teaching design process is concreted,and typical teaching design implementation lessons(reading class,writing class,review class,Activity Course).In response to question(3),the author carried out a one-semester Chinese teaching experiment in a junior high school in Ningxia under the guidance of the flipped classroom teaching design model constructed by question(2).Through the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research to analyze the experimental effect,use SPSS software to analyze students’ innovative literacy and Chinese performance,analyze teachers’ teaching process by social network analysis,lag sequence analysis,etc.,and supplement and verify with the help of interviews and work analysis.The experiment found that the flipped classroom teaching design from the perspective of innovation literacy: first,it helps to improve students’ innovation literacy and academic performance,and there is a significant difference between students’ Chinese performance and innovation literacy;second,it helps to improve teaching structure and learning methods.,the classroom has changed from teachercentered to student-centered,teachers have changed from solid teaching to dynamic teaching,and students have changed from accepting learning to progressive learning.Finally,the author deeply analyzes the research process,based on practical experience,facing teachers’ teaching,and puts forward application suggestions in stages before,during and after class.
