Implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor is the key to the new development of various national undertakings.Primary school class teachers are an important force to implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.Their role conflict not only affects the exertion of their role value,but also hinders the promotion and implementation of the fundamental task of Lide Shuren.Nowadays,it has become a great challenge for education and social development to solve the role conflict of primary school class teachers and find a way to resolve and adjust the role conflict of primary school class teachers.Therefore,it is very important to study the role conflict of primary school class teachers from the perspective of social role theory.First of all,this study through consulting and sorting out a large number of documents and materials at home and abroad to do a specific understanding of the relevant research trends,so as to clear the questionnaire survey,interview and observation as the research methods,and "social role theory" as the supporting theory of the study to carry out research on the role conflict of primary school class teachers.Secondly,this study explains the role connotation of primary school head teacher from three aspects: role characteristics,role orientation and role playing.Then through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,this paper discusses the realistic performance of the role conflict of primary school class teachers,and compares the role conflict of primary school class teachers in different backgrounds on this basis.Finally,the author explores the causes of the role conflict of primary school class teachers and puts forward the adjustment path of the role conflict of primary school class teachers.The results show that the role conflicts faced by class teachers in primary schools include both inter-role conflicts and intra-role conflicts.The conflicts between the roles of primary school head teachers include the conflicts between the roles of all-round managers and subject teachers in the school field,the conflicts between professional roles and family roles in the family field,and the conflicts between role models and ordinary people in the social field.The intra-role conflict of the primary school head teacher includes the role conflict caused by the role expectation from different directions and the role conflict caused by the restriction of the primary school head teacher’s own conditions.The main reasons for the role conflict of primary school headteachers include: the construction of system and mechanism is not perfect,the role responsibilities of primary school class teachers are broad and borderless,the role consciousness of primary school class teachers is deviated,the lack of role learning and role playing.Based on this,this study puts forward the following ways to adjust the role conflict of primary school headteachers: perfect the guarantee and incentive mechanism of primary school headteachers,improve the selection and training mechanism of primary school headteachers,optimize the role evaluation mechanism of primary school class directors,standardize the role responsibilities of primary school headteachers,enhance their role awareness,promote their role learning and improve their role playing.
