make people’s mind closer.Through cultural exchanges,cultural identity is the premise to make the community cultural environment more tolerant.Only by breaking the apathy among community residents,strengthening their communication and enhancing their feelings,can the community be more stable and harmonious.At the same time,with the development of time and society,the function and role of the community are also expanding.For residents,the community carries the residents’ emotions and is the spiritual sustenance of the residents.Nowadays,with the gradual decline of residents’ identity and sense of belonging to the community,culture is the most direct emotional communication symbol,which can help the residents to achieve ideological identity,build a community cultural community,improve the emotional maintenance of community residents,and gradually change the environmental state of human indifference in the community with the spiritual and ideological ties.This paper focuses on the construction of community cultural community.The article consists of four chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the article,and combs the
