| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions on "cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor",and has emphasized the importance of labor education in many speeches.It greatly enhances the position and role of labor education,and promotes the integration of labor education and moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic education.Labor education has become a hot topic in the current education circle.Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought is based on life and practicality,and advocates that action is the beginning of acquiring knowledge,education should be close to life practice,schools should be closely connected with society,teaching and learning by doing,which is consistent with labor education for college students in the new era.The connotation and requirements are consistent,and at the same time,it also expands the scope of college students’ labor education,and provides ideas for the promotion of college students’ labor education.Based on this,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the reason for choosing the topic of this paper,discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the topic,introduces domestic and foreign scholars’ research on Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought and college students’ labor education,and defines the important concepts of this topic,put forward the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part introduces the formation and main content of Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought,studies the beneficial parts of Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought for college students’ labor education,and summarizes the core propositions of Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought on labor education,including It is the beginning of knowledge,life is education,society is school,and teaching and practice are unified”.The third part combines the current reality of college students’ labor education,and reflects on the "utilitarian" concept of labor education,the "fragmentation" of labor education content,the "simplification" of labor education environment,and the "formalization" of labor education methods at this stage.phenomenon,and find the reasons for these phenomena from society,colleges,families and individuals.The fourth part is the critical inheritance of Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought,and discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the labor education of college students from four aspects: establishing the correct concept of labor education,optimizing the content of labor education for college students,optimizing the environment of labor education,and exploring various methods of labor education.It provides a valuable reference for improving the actual effect of college students’ labor education and promoting the free,healthy and comprehensive development of college students. |
