Research On The Cultivation Of Sentiment In The Local Practice Of College Students In The New Era

At the National Education Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of "teaching and guiding students to develop and apply the fundamental principles of socialism,develop their moral character,and grow into persons of great compassion and morality".This requirement indicates education in the new age should emphasize developing socialist builders and successors rather than "cultivating talents," change from highlighting "cultivating talents" to highlighting "cultivating people",and take "cultivating people and cultivating hearts" as the focus.Improving the spiritual height and emotional temperature of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is the focus and a key emblem of ideological and political education."Chinese society is vernacular,and the countryside is the root of Chinese culture.In the context of the new era of comprehensively promoting the revitalization of the countryside and concentrating on achieving common prosperity,giving due consideration to the abundant natural and humanistic resources of the countryside is crucial for college students’ ideological and political education,especially to highlight the inherent cultural attributes and emotional meanings of the countryside.Practical education in the countryside is a crucial component of practical education in colleges and universities.It also gives colleges and universities a chance to put the idea of"three comprehensive education" into practice and create "ten major education." It is crucial for raising the temperature of education,developing the modern man,realizing moral education,and promoting labor education.In the past 10 years since the start of the new age,it has achieved tremendous development advancements.First of all,the practice content is getting richer and richer.In the new era,In general,there are five categories that may be used to categorize the content of the new period college vernacular practice education: village governance investigation,volunteer teaching,theory preaching,cultivation and labor,and professional service.Secondly,the connotation of cultivating people is getting deeper and deeper.In the new era,colleges and universities’ local practice pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ national sentiment,local awareness,professional quality,livelihood concept and humanistic spirit.Finally,the practice program is recognized.From 2019 to 2022,a total of 36 high-quality projects for nurturing people through local practice in colleges and universities have been evaluated,resulting in such projects as"Thousands of People and Hundred Villages" social research of Renmin University of China,Red Flag Wisdom Aid Doctoral Group of Ocean University of China,Benyu Volunteer Service of Huazhong Agricultural University,Rice and Fishery Project of Nanchang University,Zhejiang Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower "He Xiao-er ".The historical task of "Chinese modernization" put forward in the report of the20 th Party Congress,the connotation standard of good youth in the new era and the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instruction spirit on the development of the "Excellent Civic Education Course" provide the theoretical direction and guidance for further integrating and advancing the efficacy of practical education in colleges and universities in the current era.It offers theoretical direction and guidance for further improving and strengthening the efficacy of local practice education in colleges and universities.We find that the top-level design,content features,and institutional mechanisms of the new era of the practical education of the local community in colleges and universities still need to be enhanced in accordance with the recommendations of the report of the 20 th National Congress.As a result,we suggest the following three strategies to enhance the promotion of local practice in colleges and universities: To start,colleges and universities should innovate the value concept of local practice cultivation,including the unification of ability shaping and spirit cultivation,the unification of looking back at the countryside and the times,and the unification of teacher’s education and student’s education;second,to improve the content of cultivation of local practice in colleges and universities,mainly including the clarification of the goal of cultivation of local practice the bolstering of local practice education and publicity,the enhancement of local practice education in colleges and universities,and the enhancement of local practice education in colleges and universities.The third is to improve the mechanism system for educating people through native practice in colleges and universities,which includes refining the strict and efficient motivation mechanism,establishing the synergy mechanism of intercommunication,strengthening improving the entire operation guarantee method and developing the scientific assessment and evaluation process,to further strengthen and raise the efficacy of local practice education in colleges and universities.
