| Outline of China’s Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)proposes to"establish a scientific concept of quality,and promote the all-round development of people and adapt to social needs as the fundamental standard for measuring the quality of education".From the perspective of"people-oriented",the state has put forward requirements for what kind of people we educate and cultivate.The development of students’core literacy in China is to answer the important question of"what kind of people to cultivate",and students’sports literacy is an important part of core literacy.In the process of vigorously implementing the monitoring of the quality of compulsory education in the country,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to develop a physical literacy assessment system for students in the compulsory education stage in China and to build a student sports literacy assessment model.This study targeted fourth-and eighth-grade students of the National Compulsory Education Quality Monitoring.Comprehensive use of literature review data method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method and other methods.Construct and develop a national compulsory education quality monitoring student sports literacy assessment model,and develop assessment tools.Results:(1)The constructed physical literacy assessment indexes consisted of five primary indicators of physical knowledge(X1),physical ability(X2),motor skills(X3),physical behavior(X4),and emotional awareness of physical education(X5)and 16secondary indicators.The weight coefficients of their primary indicators are:physical knowledge(0.23),physical ability(0.23),motor skills(0.20),physical behavior(0.18),and emotional awareness of physical education(0.17).(2)The national compulsory education quality monitoring student physical literacy assessment model is:Y=0.23X1+0.23X2+0.20X3+0.18X4+0.17X5.(3)The developed physical literacy assessment tool consisted of two parts:a questionnaire and a physical activity test.The questionnaire was tested for moderate difficulty,good discrimination,and acceptable reliability(Cronbach’s alpha=0.709).The physical activity test was moderately correlated(r=-0.707,p<0.01)with each other,and it was a good response to students’physical ability and motor skills.(4)The large-scale empirical tests revealed that the subjects’primary and secondary school students had weak physical education knowledge,poor motor skills,poor physical behavior,and poor endurance quality.Conclusion:The constructed national compulsory education quality monitoring stu dent physical literacy assessment model has a stable and reliable structure,and can be pr omoted and applied to compulsory education student physical literacy assessment.The d eveloped physical literacy assessment tool can accurately diagnose the development of s tudents’physical literacy and can be widely promoted and used. |
