Reading-writing combination teaching means that teachers closely combine reading and writing in the language classroom,interpenetrating each other,drawing on writing techniques in reading and sublimating reading feelings in writing,with the aim of allowing students to improve their reading and writing skills through reading and writing combination and promoting their all-round development.The Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)points to the development of students’ core literacy,and designs a hierarchical cluster of learning tasks to break down the barriers between reading and writing.However,the current teaching of reading-writing integration is influenced by exam-oriented education,and there are still problems that the teaching mode of reading-writing integration is relatively old and the teaching concept of reading-writing integration is not advanced enough,and its teaching effect is not satisfactory.The purpose of this study is to optimize the teaching of reading and writing integration in upper elementary school,so as to cultivate students’ core literacy.Therefore,this study has a strong practical significance.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly clarifies the origin of the chosen topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the research ideas and methods,briefly reviews the current research situation at home and abroad,defines relevant concepts and outlines the theoretical basis.The second part investigates the current situation of reading and writing integration teaching in upper elementary school through questionnaire and interview method.The third part analyzes the questionnaire and interview results of teachers,and summarizes the problems in the teaching of reading and writing combination in the upper elementary school section: the teaching mode of reading and writing combination is old-fashioned;the participation of students in the classroom of reading and writing combination teaching is low;the content of reading and writing combination teaching is limited;the teaching method of reading and writing combination is single;the evaluation of reading and writing combination teaching is not comprehensive enough.Explore its appearing problem reason has: the examination education restricts read-write combination teaching mode;read-write combination teaching concept is not advanced enough;read-write combination teaching resources integration and development ability is insufficient;to read-write combination teaching method’s research is not deep enough;read-write combination teaching evaluation standard to achievement as the base.The fourth part puts forward the effective strategies of reading and writing combination teaching in the upper section of elementary school language from three aspects of teaching philosophy,teaching activities and teaching evaluation: First,updating the teaching philosophy of reading and writing combination,including adhering to the teaching philosophy of "student-oriented","establishing moral education" and "diversity".The teaching concept of "diversity".Second,optimize the combination of reading and writing teaching activities,including a comprehensive understanding of students,do a good job of learning analysis;create interactive reading and writing classroom,develop students’ thinking;pay attention to student development,dig the combination of reading and writing teaching nurturing value;reasonable development of teaching resources,pay attention to cultural heritage.Third,the implementation of effective reading and writing combined teaching evaluation methods,including teaching evaluation focus on the overall development of core literacy;advocate diversified teaching evaluation subject.The fifth part designs a reading and writing combination teaching case according to the strategy,aiming to help elementary school teachers to carry out effective reading and writing combination teaching.
