| Research Objective: In recent years,the theory of trunk pillar strength training has been widely used in China,and the research of predecessors has proved that trunk pillar strength training can strengthen the coordination between muscles and improve the mobilization of the central nervous system to muscles,effectively use deep muscle groups,strengthen energy transmission to the limbs,reduce action compensation,thereby improving the stability of the body and the efficiency of energy transmission.Body posture control plays an important role in sports activities,and good body posture control has a direct impact on completing technical movements and improving athletic ability.Therefore,this study attempts to introduce torso pillar strength training into the junior high school physical education classroom,taking the students of the two classes of the 27 th grade of Hushi No.27 Middle School as the experimental subjects,and exploring the influence of the use of trunk pillar strength training on their body posture control ability in the physical fitness practice of ordinary junior high school students through experimental methods and mathematical statistics,and then providing a scientific basis for the trunk pillar strength training to enter the grassroots physical education classroom.Research object and research method: In this study,the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other methods were used to take the students of the two classes of the second grade of Hohhot No.27 Middle School as the experimental subjects,and the test indicators were carried out under the conditions of the change of the motion surface in the static state(eight-level prone bridge and fivelevel bridge measurement),under the condition of the change of the movement direction of the motion state(“T” run,“W” run),and in the unstable state(single-leg step jump,single-leg jumping along the line)as the test indicators A 4-week intervention experiment in which the experimental group underwent trunk pillar strength training and the control group used traditional strength training.The results of the study: After 28 weeks of intervention,the experimental group and the control group were able to run in the “T”shape and “W” shape of the body posture control ability under the condition of responding to the change of static motion surface and the body posture control ability under the condition of responding to the change of dynamic movement direction "There were significant statistical differences between the pre-and post-test tests of single-legged step jumping and fourleg jumping that reflected the ability of body posture control in an unstable state,among which the improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there were statistical differences between the data groups at the back of the experiment.Conclusions: Torso pillar strength training and traditional strength training can improve the body posture control ability of junior high school students,and the improvement effect of the two training methods is better than that of the two training methods.Research suggestions:(1)Torso pillar strength training is a branch of functional training,not alone,in the usual junior high school students’ physical fitness practice can effectively combine traditional training and trunk pillar strength training,complement each other,in order to maximize the training effect.(2)Since junior high school students are at the peak of physical development,no matter what kind of training means,will affect their physical development,therefore,in the process of practical training,they should conform to the natural law of adolescent physical and mental development and gradually guide scientifically.(3)The trunk pillar is in the central position in the body,emphasizing the ability of the nervous system to regulate small muscles,and it is not suitable to use weight-bearing stimulation with a large load. |
