Sprint requires athletes to have good lower limb,stretching the hip muscles,special forces and special speed shoulders and upper limbs,trunk strength and stability of the pillars of muscles is also particularly important.As the world continues to refresh the sprint performance of athletes special capacity requirements higher and higher,which requires not only athletes to have good special strength and speed,but also have the stability of the trunk muscles pillars,reducing the running process unnecessary energy loss.In the sprinter's training,strength training waist traditional method is only concerned about individual parts of the training the athletes,but also relatively simple and boring way,ignoring the role of the power chain of energy transfer,resulting in athletes despite strength quality is very good,but in the game You can not play its due level.Through literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics for trunk pillars of stability training effect Training in Sprinters to explore,and the following conclusions:1.The torso pillar stability training,pay attention to the body balanced development,due to its characteristics of the unsteady,stimulate the nerve-muscle system of athletes is more intense,can effectively improve the stability of the athletes each joint,flexibility,balance and power chain energy transfer ability,FMS effects on athletes.2.The torso pillar stability training,due to the unstable characteristics of the interface,improve the strength of the body the deep muscles,enhance the body in the process of unsteady attitude of continuous power ability,enhances the dynamic effect of chain transfer,to the improvement of quality of a sprinter's special forces effect is remarkable.3.Ensuring trunk pillar stability training pays attention to the whole body muscle coordination hard,make more muscle exercise force reaches the maximum,run more coherent and more of the techniques of economy, to improve the quality of sprinters special speed.4.The torso pillar stability training to enhance the activity of the hip range and flexibility,the power performance under unsteady interface exercise stimulate deep the small muscles of the hip strength,make the athlete's leg swing leg is more powerful,make significant changes in joint Angle,can effectively improve sprinter run on technology.5.After the experiment,through the special ability index of the two sets of test result contrast,two groups in the tenth level jump across,60 meters,100 meters with significant grade differences,and the experimental group growth is more apparent in other ways.Conclusion: compared with the traditional lumbar muscles training,trunk pillar stability training can better improve the special ability of sprinters.
