| Limb movement is controlled by the pillar, and there is a huge impact of PillarStrength training on the ability of body posture control and balance. This research used theliterature material method, experimental method, expert interview method,mathematicalstatistics and comparative analysis method, chosed24juniors from the department ofSports Training, Capital University of Physical Education and Sports, as the subjects,through eight weeks of pillar strength training under stable and unstable conditions toexplore the difference of impact of the two kinds of supporting conditions on the ability ofbody posture control and balance.In this paper, using the running of "W" and "T" type to test the ability of body posturewhen they changed the different directions; using the bridge of8grades and the side bridgeof5grades to test the the stability of the body posture under the different planes; usingImoove and single standing with eyes closed to evaluate the dynamic and static balanceability.Comparing and analysising the changes of all indicators between before and afterthe experiment, it got the following conclusions:(1) The test scores of "W" and "T" type running were significantly improved,especially in the experimental group which is under the unstable condition. Among them,the scores of "T" between two groups showed significantly different (0.01<P <0.05);"W" showed obviously and significantly different (P <0.01).(2) The test scores of the bridge of8grades and the side bridge of5grades weresignificantly improved in both groups, especially in the experimental group which is underthe unstable condition, and the scores between two groups showed obviously andsignificantly different (P <0.01).(3) The dynamic balance of two groups under the environment with medium orextreme difficulty, were both significantly improved, especially in the experimental groupwhich is under the unstable condition, and the scores between two groups showedobviously and significantly different (P <0.01).(4) The test scores of single standing with eyes closed were significantly improved,especially in the experimental group which is under the unstable condition. On the left sideof the test results had a significant difference between two groups (0.01<P <0.05); andthe right side had a obviously and significantly different (P <0.01).(5) Both the ability of body posture when they changed the different directions orunder the different planes and the ability of dynamic or static balance will be significantlyimproved after the training of pillar strength, especially in the experimental group which is under the unstable condition.(6)The training of pillar strength will effectively strengthen the trunk muscle andaccurate the neural control of muscles, it also had a obvious effect to improve theefficiency of power chain transfer, avoide compensatory action, optimize the quality, andenhance the body’s stabilityt. |
