University laboratories are important environmental factors and indispensable important places in the process of graduate student cultivation.Graduate students not only acquire existing knowledge in the laboratory,but also create new knowledge.In this process,knowledge sharing plays an important role.Through knowledge sharing,graduate students integrate scattered knowledge resources such as implicit knowledge and experience scattered in their minds into complete,organized,and systematic knowledge resources,enhancing their understanding of existing knowledge,and enhancing their knowledge creativity.Therefore,improving the level of knowledge sharing among graduate students in the laboratory is of great significance for improving the quality of graduate education.So,which of the laboratory environmental factors have an impact on the knowledge sharing level of graduate students? What is the impact mechanism? How to improve the knowledge sharing level of graduate students in the laboratory?Based on the above issues,this paper conducts systematic research.This research takes university graduate students as the research object,follows the research idea of "theoretical analysis-case study-quantitative research-countermeasure research",and adopts the mixed research method of sequential exploratory design,that is,first carry out Exploratory research on the environmental factors affecting graduate students’ knowledge sharing in university laboratories,and then conduct quantitative research based on the results of the case study,A systematic study was conducted on the impact of laboratory environmental factors on graduate knowledge sharing in universities.Finally,based on the analysis conclusions,suggestions are proposed to promote knowledge sharing in university laboratories.The main research content and conclusions of this study can be divided into the following sections.Part Ⅰ: Theoretical research on knowledge sharing.Includes chapters 1-2.Using the method of literature analysis,this paper expounds the background,purpose,and significance of the topic selection,and defines the relevant concepts involved in the paper.On the basis of reviewing classic literature,it is found that environmental factors are one of the important factors affecting knowledge sharing,and forms a basic framework for the environmental factors affecting knowledge sharing.Provide reference and reference for further research.Part Ⅱ: A case study of the impact of university laboratory environmental factors on graduate knowledge sharing.The case study method,Grounded theory and interview method are used to identify the environmental factors that affect the knowledge sharing of postgraduates in Laboratory A of University D.After open coding,spindle coding,and selective coding,the study found that the cultural atmosphere of the laboratory,interpersonal interactions between members,knowledge sharing platforms,and mentor support are important environmental factors that affect graduate knowledge sharing in the laboratory.At the same time,interpersonal interactions between members,knowledge sharing platforms,and mentor support can affect graduate knowledge sharing through influencing the cultural atmosphere of the laboratory.The preliminary conclusions drawn from the case study lay the foundation for the next quantitative analysis.Part Ⅲ: Quantitative analysis of the impact of university laboratory environmental factors on graduate knowledge sharing.Based on the conclusions of the case study,research hypotheses were proposed and a questionnaire survey was conducted in D University.After that,reliability and validity tests,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and structural equation modeling were conducted on the valid questionnaire data.Research has found that a good cultural atmosphere in the laboratory can have a direct and positive impact on graduate knowledge sharing;Knowledge sharing platforms and mentor support have an indirect positive impact on graduate knowledge sharing through influencing cultural atmosphere;Good interpersonal communication can not only directly affect graduate knowledge sharing,but also indirectly and positively affect graduate knowledge sharing through influencing cultural atmosphere.Part Ⅳ: Propose strategies and suggestions to improve the knowledge sharing level of graduate students in university laboratories.Based on case studies and quantitative research,targeted strategies are proposed to promote knowledge sharing among graduate students in university laboratories.
