Research On Role Model Education For College Students

Since the 18 th century of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the Chinese youth in the new era are in the best period of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the young generation carries the hope of the country and the nation."An example is better than twenty teachings in the book",excellent role models can bring unlimited power to young people,model education as an important way for colleges and universities to implement moral cultivation and cultivate people and cultivate socialist builders and successors with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to make full and scientific use of it,and constantly highlight the value of the era of role models,so as to cultivate new talents who take on the important task of national rejuvenation.This paper will start from the logical ideas of explaining theory,investigating history,and basing itself on reality,focusing on the following six aspects: the first part is an introduction,briefly explaining the background and research significance of the topic selection,reviewing the research status of college students’ role model education,and introducing the research ideas and methods,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The second part is a theoretical explanation,which explains and analyzes the main concepts and related concepts of role model education for college students,and analyzes its theoretical basis from multiple dimensions such as Marxist theory,ancient Chinese role model education thought,Western social learning theory,and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s exposition on role model education.The third part is a historical investigation,which reviews the development process of college students’ role model education in different periods,and summarizes its basic experience on this basis,so as to affirm the important role of college students’ role model education.The fourth part is empirical analysis,which analyzes the basic situation of college students’ role model education through questionnaires and interviews.The fifth part is the analysis of existing problems and causes,through the above investigation to analyze the main problems in college students’ role model education,and specifically analyze the reasons around educators,role models,educated people,education methods,educational environment and other levels.In view of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from five aspects: strengthening teachers’ responsibility and responsibility,attaching importance to role model tree selection,strengthening self-role model education,innovating role model education methods,and optimizing the role model education environment.
