| China has paid increasing attention to the disabled groups,and the education of disabled children has attracted much attention.Children with intellectual disabilities are an important part of the group of disabled children,and they have different degrees of intellectual defects.At present,there are two main modes of compulsory education for children with intellectual disabilities,and integrated education and special education school education.The former focuses on integrating children with intellectual disabilities into the study and life of ordinary schools and receiving education together with normal children in order to grow up as undifferentiated as possible;The latter pays attention to special education,so that children with intellectual disabilities can receive special education suitable for their intellectual level in special schools.Under this background,there are some children with intellectual disabilities who first experience integrated education,can not adapt to the study and life of ordinary schools for various reasons,and then transfer to special education schools.This part of mentally retarded children often have school adaptation problems in special education schools due to the trauma experienced by ordinary schools.From the perspective of social work,the research on disabled children is a minority,and the research is lack of depth and localization.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the intervention mode of social work for children with intellectual disabilities who fail to integrate education and have school adaptation problems in special education schools.Social support network theory is the theoretical support of the research,and the case work intervention is carried out under the irrational emotion treatment mode and education rehabilitation mode.Learn from the research experience on school adaptation of children with intellectual disabilities,take the case owners with school adaptation problems in special education schools as the object,adhere to the practical principle of acceptance and individualization,and use sincere and respectful social work skills to help the case owners improve their school adaptation ability.After combing the situation of the case owner,the overall intervention task is to heal the psychological trauma,rebuild the social support network and enhance the link.Social workers are committed to improving the psychological status and interpersonal communication of the case owner,helping the case owner’s family form a benign parent-child relationship,and promoting the improvement of school adaptability.Among them,the psychological trauma healing part is based on the rational emotional treatment mode to help the case owner vent his emotions,ease his emotions and face up to irrational beliefs.In terms of rebuilding social support network,help the case owner obtain peer group support and benign family system support.Finally,the pre-test and post-test comparison shows that the intervention process is effective and the case is successfully closed.Through the intervention of case work,this thesis obtains the practical experience of social work for the school adaptation of mentally retarded children who fail to integrate education,and verifies the feasibility of the application of rational emotional therapy model and social support network theory in the field of mentally retarded children.At the same time,combined with the summary of case work and the results of field research,this thesis explores the advantages and disadvantages of integrated education and special education,and believes that the school model of special education needs to exist independently,and the integrated education model is not perfect. |
