Research On The Cultivation Of University Students Awareness Of The Rule Of Law On The Internet In The Age Of Self-media

When the rule of law flourishes,the country flourishes;when the rule of law is strong,the country is strong.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to building the rule of law on the Internet,and made the rule of law on the Internet an important part of building a global rule of law and a strong network state.The concept of "the Internet is not a lawless space" is gaining popularity.With the popularization of information technologies and mobile Internet devices,the use of personal media has become normalized and has not only changed people’s mode of production and life,but also had a profound impact on their way of thinking and values.Students are not only the main audience of online media,but also the main representatives of the youth cultivated by the Party and the state.They are at a crucial stage of value formation,and it is crucial to guide them to develop a good awareness of the rule of law online in the complex world of online information.Based on the theory of awareness of the networked rule of law,this article highlights the main effectiveness of the current awareness of university students of the networked rule of law and the problems of this awareness,based on an analysis of the current situation in the use of self-media,and then proposes countermeasures to solve the problem.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly deals with the background and significance of this study,focuses on the literature review,clarifies the ideas and research methods,and finally highlights the important and difficult points as well as the innovations of the study.The second part is devoted to the definition and clarification of the basic concepts.The connotations,characteristics and main forms of online rule of law consciousness theory and self-media are systematically analyzed.Based on the concepts of rule of law and rule of law consciousness,the basic connotation of networked rule of law consciousness and the culture of networked rule of law consciousness of university students and the main content of the culture of networked rule of law consciousness of university students in the era of self-media are clarified to determine the research field for this topic.The third part deals with the need to create awareness of the rule of law on the Internet among university students in the age of self-media.Cultivating a good awareness of the rule of law on the Internet is necessary for all individuals and for society,and it is also necessary for a global rule of law and better fulfillment of the basic task of ideological and political education,which is to establish moral education for individuals.The fourth part is a conceptualization and description of the current situation of university students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet in the age of self-media.It focuses on the five dimensions of university students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet and analyzes the effectiveness of awareness and the existing problems.It highlights the shortcomings of the lack of completeness of cognitive education on the rule of law on the Internet,the lack of rationality of emotional orientation of the rule of law on the Internet,the lack of effectiveness of cultivating the will to the rule of law on the Internet,the lack of systematization of education on the belief in the rule of law on the Internet,and the lack of stability of cultivating the behavior to the rule of law on the Internet.It also analyzes the causes of the problems at four main levels,namely,the lack of self-discipline of university students regarding the rule of law on the Internet,the lack of purposefulness in raising awareness of the rule of law on the Internet in universities,the lack of concept of raising awareness of the rule of law on the Internet within the family,and the influence of unfavorable social trends surrounding online media.The fifth part is a study of the basic path for raising university students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet in the age of self-media.Based on an analysis of the reasons for the problems in raising university students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet,we propose the construction of a path to raising university students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet in the age of self-media.In other words: We take the individual as the starting point to stimulate endogenous motivation for students’ online awareness of the rule of law,the university as the main position to improve the effectiveness of students’ online awareness of the rule of law,the family as the starting point to assume the role of leader in students’ online awareness of the rule of law,and society as the guarantee to optimize the environment for students’ online awareness of the rule of law.The four-part approach is to cultivate good awareness of the rule of law among university students.
