Since the 21st century,the higher education has been transformed in a popular direction.Taking pedagogy as an example,the scale of postgraduate enrollment has been expanding.For researchers from all walks of life and administrative departments of higher education,conformal educational transformation has become a consensus.Based on the perspective of postgraduate students,they are the beneficiaries of higher education services.Taking this as a breakthrough point,this paper analyzes the problems of the current graduate training system,and further promotes the reform of the graduate system by solving the problems,so as to provide help for the transformation of the connotation development of higher education.Considering that there are big differences between different majors,this paper takes the postgraduate students of education as the object of analysis,and investigates and analyzes them through scientific research methods,so as to obtain accurate research results.This study is based on quantitative methods and supplemented by qualitative methods.On the basis of literature collation,the current research status and research deficiencies in this field are discussed and analyzed in depth,and on this basis,the specific research direction of this paper is determined.Under the guidance of this direction,further collate and identify the relevant data and information,and make an overall overview of the domestic and foreign research in this field in the past 10 years,which further consolidated the research basis of this paper.In the part of quantitative research,questionnaire survey is carried out for academic master students of Nanchang University.Relevant software is used to sort out and analyze the questionnaire information.After obtaining statistical analysis data,multiple regression analysis and factor analysis are used to further measure the relationship between various indicators that have an impact on the satisfaction of postgraduate education.The results show that:first,in terms of study satisfaction,the main factors are as follows:in terms of employment prospects,the employment guidance provided by the school has poor effect,but students’ employment expectation is high;In the aspect of management and service,there is a shortage of high-level management personnel,and there is a problem of power and responsibility protection in the management department.In the aspect of tutor guidance,the communication between teachers and students is less frequent and the strength of guidance is weak.In the aspect of scientific research,scientific research investment and scientific research management system,there are some shortcomings;In terms of curriculum teaching,the content lags behind and the system is further rationalized.Second,the overall level of learning satisfaction of master students of education is low,including:tutor guidance satisfaction,employment prospect satisfaction,education and teaching satisfaction,management and service satisfaction,scientific research satisfaction.Third,based on the low degree of satisfaction obtained from the survey,we can improve the situation from the following aspects:first,make further innovation and improvement in the scientific research management system,and invest more resources in scientific research;The second is to optimize the content setting and adjust the content in the course teaching;The third is to improve the quality of management personnel to achieve the improvement of management and service satisfaction;Fourthly,in the process of tutor’s guidance,the principal position of students should be further clarified,and the community of teachers and students should be established and strengthened.Fifth,the employment guidance system to make targeted improvement,to help students effectively improve the comprehensive quality.
