| In recent years,with the development of vocational education in the new era,the quality of postgraduate students in the field of vocational and technical education has attracted extensive attention from education departments,society and academia.In view of the important role of curriculum in the quality of postgraduate training,this paper chooses the degree satisfaction of postgraduate students in the field of vocational and technical education as the research object.This research relies on the tutor’s project "Research on internal Quality Assurance System of Postgraduate Education for Professional Degrees(In the field of Vocational and technical Education)".According to the overall design and requirements of the project,questionnaire method and interview method are used.The measurement indexes of professional degree satisfaction of master of Education(in the field of vocational and technical education)mainly include curriculum setting,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,with 32 specific measurement indexes in total.The survey results of this study show that graduate students with professional degrees of master of Education(in the field of vocational and technical education)are generally satisfied with their courses.The mean value of satisfaction from four dimensions is ranked from high to low in order: course evaluation,course implementation,course setting and course content.On the basis of questionnaire survey for master of Education(in the field of vocational and technical education),descriptive statistical analysis and difference analysis of the collected data were carried out by SPSS software,and the following four problems were found: first,the degree satisfaction of curriculum needs to be strengthened;Second,the overall satisfaction of course content is low;Third,the curriculum implementation satisfaction needs to be improved;Fourth,the satisfaction of course evaluation is not good.Aiming at these problems,from the gender,grade,age,school categories,professional categories,whether full-time,whether cross major,whether to have professional related working experience,comprehensive performance ranking,the number of published papers,the after graduation to,learning motivation,the concept of education,the teachers’ quality,teaching quality guarantee system,further explore factors,The reasons for influencing course satisfaction are as follows: first,the course setting is subject oriented and the course structure is unreasonable;Second,the course content lags behind and the link between posts and courses is not strong;Third,the course teaching method is single,the case teaching is not enough;Fourth,the subject of course evaluation is single and the way of assessment is not perfect.Therefore,according to the requirements of the new era of the new normal of the development of vocational education,based on the actual problems and influencing factors in the current status of the training of professional graduate students of master of Education(vocational and technical education),according to the principle of multiple measures and systematic implementation,From the perspective of four stakeholders,namely the industry enterprises,university administrators,course teachers and secondary vocational schools as the base of internship,the paper puts forward the systematic countermeasures of "four in one" :one is to adjust the curriculum and optimize the curriculum structure;Second,adjust the course content and strengthen the docking of posts and courses;Thirdly,use a variety of teaching methods to enrich case teaching;Fourth,establish a sound talent training evaluation mechanism.In depth research training units(vocational and technical education field)professional master degree of education present situation of graduate education,to cultivate unit to improve the quality of service to provide the theory and practice guidance,so as to promote the education in our country(vocational and technical education field)professional degree of master graduate student education new stage towards the sustainable development of higher quality. |
