The study found that social adaptability is closely related to group sports.As a large-scale group sports,football is a good way to exercise middle school students’ physique and cultivate social adaptability.From the perspective of junior middle school football education,analyzing the specific cooperation skills in football and exploring the impact of football cooperation skills on junior middle school students’ social adaptability is not only conducive to the natural combination of junior middle school students’ social adaptability and subject education,but also of great significance to the in-depth excavation of the value of junior middle school football education.In this study,the text analysis method is used to analyze the junior middle school football curriculum standards,and the interview method is used to interview football professionals.After determining the specific cooperation skills in football,the junior middle school students’ football cooperation skills scale is compiled.Through statistical analysis,it is determined that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good.Combining the "junior middle school students’ football cooperation skills scale" with the existing mature "junior middle school social adaptability strength scale" to form a questionnaire,an anonymous survey was conducted on 996 junior middle school students.Through empirical analysis,the impact of football cooperation skills on junior middle school students’ social adaptability was explored.The study found that the level of social adaptability of only children and non only children of junior middle school students was the same,and there was no significant difference;The social adaptability of junior middle school students increases with the length of playing football.In this study,the junior middle school students who have played football for more than 5 years have the best social adaptability,followed by the junior middle school students who have played football for 3-5 years,and the junior middle school students who have played football for less than 3 years;The three dimensions of communication skills,coordination skills and cooperation attitude in junior middle school students’ football cooperation skills significantly positively predict the dimensions of social adaptability.Among them,cooperation skills have the strongest prediction ability for social relations and concept adaptation,collaborative attitude had the strongest predictive ability for activity and environmental adaptation.In view of the above research results,this study suggests that we should take supporting the development of football education as the fulcrum,tap the tactical application of football cooperation skills,combine physical education with moral education courses,and train listening,expression,reflection,regulation,conflict resolution,evaluation,tolerance,willingness to cooperate and cooperative attitude in football inside and outside class,To guide students to test the truth from practice,so as to effectively improve the social adaptability of junior middle school students.
