In recent years,the national education department attaches more and more importance to the development of campus football,and there are more and more children playing football on the playground of primary and secondary schools.At the same time,the quality of campus football teaching continues to develop,and more and more front-line physical education teachers begin to pay attention to effective ways to improve middle school students’ football skills,to provide support for football reserve talents.These measures have improved the football literacy of primary and secondary school students and selected more excellent football reserves.Under the above background,core strength has attracted the attention of educators and relevant scholars.The research literature on core strength and primary and secondary school students’ football skill learning is increasing constantly.Experimental studies are mostly used to verify the effectiveness of core strength training in improving the special ability or football skill of primary and secondary school students,but the research perspectives are different.By combing relevant literature,it can be seen that existing researches mainly focus on the influence of core strength training on teenagers’ special ability or football skills,and pay little attention to the influence of core strength differences on teenagers’ learning effect of basic football skills.Therefore,the research in this paper is of certain innovation and research value.Based on the research purpose of this paper,during the research process,football skills and lower limb strength are the same but the core strength is different as the screening criteria for research objects,and 56 students from the second grade of Nongan County No.1 Middle School are selected to participate in the teaching experiment.During the experiment,56 students were divided into two groups according to the level of core strength.The students with relatively strong core strength were divided into the experimental group and the students with relatively weak core strength were divided into the control group.The two groups of students were grouped into one class and accepted the same teaching method of football technology.After the teaching experiment,the basic football skills of the two groups of students were evaluated and compared.To verify the influence of core strength on junior high school students’ learning of basic football skills and draw the following conclusions.1.The difference in core strength is the key factor leading to the significant difference in basic football skills between the two groups of students after the teaching experiment.Students with better core strength can learn and master basic football skills better and faster.2.Junior high school students with strong core strength can quickly and in place complete the basic technical movements of football in an unstable state.3.Junior high school students with strong core strength can use the thigh to drive the calf to swing quickly and powerfully,thus guaranteeing the speed and accuracy of football kicking skills.Based on the above research results,this paper should pay attention to the following points in junior high school football teaching:1.Objectively understand the difference between traditional strength training and core strength training2.Introduce more core strength training into junior high school football skills teaching3.Combine core strength training with football-specific abilities.
