| With the transformation and development of society,the emphasis on intelligence over physical fitness has led to the deterioration of students’ physical fitness and the imbalance of education has made students psychologically vulnerable,and various physical and mental health problems have emerged,which is worrying.The unique function of school sports is to "use sports for intelligence and sports for mind".Sports and psychology are closely related,and the value of physical and mental health of sports provides the possibility to solve the current problems of students’ physical and mental health development.However,the reform of physical education integration has just started,and the penetration of psychological education in physical education teaching activities is still in the exploration stage,and a systematic teaching system has not yet been formed,and there is a lack of effective implementation strategies.In order to understand the current situation of the implementation of the physical education integration reform in primary and secondary schools and the function of "physical education for the mind and physical education for the heart",a self-administered questionnaire was used to survey physical education teachers,teachers and students,and a complete school covering elementary school,junior high schools and vocational high schools was selected to conduct an intervention experiment,based on which we further considered the path and strategy of physical education penetration in primary and secondary schools.On the basis of this,we further considered the path and strategy of physical education penetration in primary and secondary schools.The first is a survey study of physical education infused with mindfulness.In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the current status of the implementation of physical education integration reform in primary and secondary schools and the support and conditions for physical education penetration of mindfulness,a self-administered "Physical Education Integration Reform Questionnaire for Primary and Secondary Schools" was used to survey 217 physical education teachers,1076 teachers and 544 students in primary and secondary schools.The NVivo11 software was also used to explore the factors influencing the penetration of mindfulness in physical education,and a four-factor model of physical education teachers,schools,students and society was constructed.The results found that although the reform of physical education integration has contributed to the further development of school sports,there is still the phenomenon of "emphasizing sports but not health",especially the lack of attention to psychological health,the lack of awareness of physical education teachers and their ability to penetrate psychological education,which to a certain extent affects the development of physical education penetration of mental education and hinders the achievement of the goals of sound personality and This has to a certain extent affected the implementation of physical education penetration of mental education and hindered the realization of the goal of improving personality and refining will.The second is the intervention experiment in the field.To further explore the possibility of penetrating mindfulness in physical education and its effectiveness,an intervention program for penetrating mindfulness in physical education was designed based on the research study and based on the requirements of the physical education integration reform,focusing on how physical education teachers penetrate mindfulness in classroom teaching.After a 12-week intervention experiment,it was found that the total level of mental health(t=3.65,p<0.01)of the students in the experimental class significantly increased,with significant reductions in anxiety(t=2.32,p<0.05),academic stress(t=2.37,p<0.05),and emotional(t=2.11,p<0.05)problems;the relationship building dimension of the interpersonal level(t=-1.94,p<0.05),social interpersonal dimension in social adjustment level(t=-3.41,p<0.01)and physical fitness(t=-2.25,p<0.05)in exercise level;and there were significant increases in mental health level(t=1.47,p<0.02),social adjustment level(t=-1.35,p<0.01)and perception of exercise(t=-2.12,p<0.05)were significantly better than the control class.In summary,in the current context of mental health education is not yet a national curriculum,subject penetration is still the main channel,primary and secondary school physical education penetration of heart education carries the burden of sustainable development of students’ physical and mental health.It is worthwhile to actively explore strategies such as establishing a comprehensive teaching and research office for physical education,health and arts and heart to break the barriers of the educational system and mechanism;implementing comprehensive measures in all major aspects of physical education to realize the whole process of heart education;and establishing sound support conditions for heart education penetration to strengthen the effectiveness of heart education for the whole population. |
