| In the process of the development of basic education in China,the problem of substitute teachers has always existed,and it is not conducive to the development of basic education in China.Although the emergence of substitute teachers can make up for the shortage of teachers in public primary and secondary schools,their welfare at work still lacked a certain guarantee.There is no specific guarantee policy for the group of substitute teachers what’s made the problem of substitute teachers becoming more and more serious,and the problem of management of substitute teachers is becoming more and more obvious.Because of the lack of national policy on the management of substitute teachers,the management of substitute teachers in education departments and schools is not standardized enough.Therefore,this paper takes the management status of substitute teachers in primary and secondary schools in T County as the research object,and investigates the living conditions of substitute teachers and the management status of schools.Firstly,the background and significance of substitute teachers are sorted out,and the research status of predecessors on substitute teachers is sorted out,which provides theoretical support for this research.Secondly,it investigates the development status of substitute teachers in T county,which provides a realistic basis for analyzing the current management problems of substitute teachers in T county.Thirdly,combined with the relevant policies of T County Education Bureau on substitute teachers,this paper analyzes the management problems of substitute teachers in primary and secondary schools,and explores the causes of management problems.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the management of substitute teachers in public primary and secondary schools in T county.The author believes that the legal status of substitute teachers should be affirmed first,not only to provide standardized procedures for the employment of substitute teachers,but also to comprehensively solve the management problems of substitute teachers according to the guidance of management policies.Secondly,as a school administrator,we should make effective plans for the professional development of substitute teachers,and provide effective protection for the rights of substitute teachers.Once again,we should provide policy support for the development of substitute teachers’ personal ability,and provide effective training courses and development space for substitute teachers.Finally,it is necessary to provide systematic support for the enrollment management of substitute teachers,so that substitute teachers have enough room for improvement.The above strategies can provide reference for teachers’ management,so as to better promote the continuous development of basic education in T County. |
