| Since the new century,the curriculum reform of primary and secondary education has not only brought diversified development opportunities to teachers,but also diversified practical challenges to them.Among them,the beginning Chinese teachers,as the vanguard of the teaching team,bear the brunt.They not only have to face the impact of the surging wave of changes in the educational sector,but also exercise their teaching ability and practice level in a limited time.In addition,they are relatively lack of teaching experience,and their teaching literacy needs to be improved.Therefore,Today’s beginning teachers’ desire for professional development is particularly urgent.In order to explore the bottlenecks of beginning teachers in classroom teaching ability and explore effective methods to improve their teaching ability,this study carried out an all-round investigation and Research on 48 beginning junior middle school Chinese teachers in Anren County in recent years by means of questionnaire survey,teacher interview and classroom listening.At the same time,we have always focused on the practical needs and future development of front-line teachers,investigated and explored in many ways,and strive to promote the development and progress of the teaching ability of beginning Chinese teachers in Anren County and even the whole Hunan Province.The introduction part of the thesis mainly expounds the reason and significance of the topic selection from the internal and external environment of the beginning Chinese teachers,and comprehensively grasps the historical context and future trend of the research on the teaching ability of the beginning teachers by systematically combing the relevant research at home and abroad;The first chapter focuses on the current situation of the teaching practice of the beginning Chinese teachers,and deeply excavates the data of the questionnaire survey,the typical content of face-to-face interviews and the basic features of classroom listening;The second chapter points out that the problems of the teaching ability of beginning teachers lie in:the lack of professional quality of Chinese teachers,the lack of ability of learning situation analysis and teaching design,and the weak ability of teaching implementation and teaching reflection;The third chapter mainly focuses on the strategies to improve teaching ability,pointing out that we must further improve the Chinese professional quality,the overall optimization of text interpretation and expression ability,further improve the learning situation analysis and teaching design ability,and further improve the Chinese teaching implementation ability and after-school reflection ability,so as to find the right direction for the improvement of teaching ability of beginning teachers;The conclusion puts forward its own suggestions on the future trend of teaching ability training for beginning teachers,and hopes that beginning teachers will not forget their original intentions and contribute to the educational cause of the motherland. |
