Higher education has to cultivate people with virtue and cultivate their souls.The mechanism of "Three Comprehensive Education" in colleges and universities focuses on the fundamental task of cultivating people,and under the guidance of the value goal of "cultivating people",it conducts overall thinking and systematic design around "how to cultivate people".How to thoroughly study and systematically explore the mechanism of "Three Comprehensive Education" in colleges and universities in the new era,clarify its concept,grasp its actual situation,and clarify its optimization path,has great theoretical and practical value for improving the quality of ideological and political work in the new era.In the new era,the construction of " Three Comprehensive Education" mechanism in universities is the process of realizing the goal of educating people with full responsibility,reflecting the whole process and participating in the education of people in all aspects.The core proposition lies in the continuous optimi zation of the "Three Comprehensive Education" mechanism.As a mediator between educational goals and nurturing practices,the " Three Comprehensive Education" mechanism has significant social,historical and orderly characteristics.From a functional point of view,the "three holistic education" mechanism not only h as to implement the universal requirements of moral education,but also contains the special requirements of institutional reform,and plays a guiding function,integration function and release function in the process of education.Driven by policy advocacy and reform projects,gratifying achievements have been made in the construction of the "Three Comprehensive Education" mechanism i n colleges and universities in the new era.The policy supply is systematic,the advantages of collaborative education are highlighted,and the implementation process is constantly accurate.However,in the empirical research,it is found that the cohesion of all staff in educating people is not sufficient,there are still breakpoints in the whole process of educating people,and there are blind spots in the coverage of all-round educating people.A well-functioning education system still has a long way to go.Specifically,the optimization of the "three comprehensive education" mechanism in colleges and universities in the new era is restricted by the enthusiasm and synergy of the main body of education,the cohesion and pertinence of the education chain,and the integration and three-dimensionality of the education system.The problem is the forerunner of the times.To optimize the mechanism of " Three Comprehensive Education" in colleges and universities,we must focus on five links.First,we must strengthen organizational leadership from the aspects of optimizing top-level design,compacting leadership responsibilities,and carrying out ideological dynamic research.Second,it is necessary to promote the coordination of on-campus and off-campus educational resources,online and offline educational work,ideological and political courses and curriculum ideological and political coordination,so as to strengthen overall coordination.The third is to stick to the original intention of educating people,coordinate educating resources,and build a consensus on values to stimulate the motivation of educating people.Fourth,improve the job security system by strengthening team building,refining work ledgers and setting up special funds.The fifth is to take morality and cultivation of people as the fundamental standard for testing various work,put the construction of teachers’ morality and style in the primary position of teachers’ evaluation,improve and perfect the debriefing and evaluation system of party committee secretaries at all levels,and implement supervision and evaluation.
