| Division of labor and cooperation is a typical form of modern social production.Cooperative ability has become a universal ability required by modern society.Strengthening the cultivation of College Students’ cooperative ability is the content that needs to be paid attention to in the reform of college education objectives in the new era.The rapid development of technology promotes the communication and cooperation in social production and life,which is more dependent on Networked social media,and the cooperation based on social media is becoming more and more common.As one of the most active groups at the social level,college students are used to using social media for study and life.However,the educational theory circle does not pay enough attention to college students’ ability to use social media and cooperate.The relationship between College Students’ ability to use social media and cooperate deserves in-depth discussion.In view of this,this paper adopts the empirical research paradigm to investigate the social media use and cooperation ability of college students,and to explore the relationship between them.Through literature analysis and interviews,the research summarized and constructed the structural model of College Students’ cooperation ability,clarified the investigation dimensions of social media use,and on this basis,developed the measurement scale of College Students’ cooperation ability and social media use,forming a questionnaire.Taking undergraduates from three universities in Hunan Province as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of College Students’ social media use and cooperation ability,and analyzes the impact of social media use on College Students’ cooperation ability based on actual data.The research shows that college students’ social media use has a significant positive predictive effect on cooperation ability,which is reflected in the positive impact of College Students’ social media use intensity on cooperation ability;The influence of College Students’ social media use motivation on their cooperation ability is different;Different social media usage habits have different effects on cooperation ability.At the same time,the research shows that college students can not live without the use of social media.They often use social media platforms to communicate and obtain information.However,there are significant differences in the use of social media in gender,major,performance and home location.The overall level of College Students’ cooperation ability is high,and there are significant differences in school,gender,major,family location and other variables;Strong communication skills,be able to recognize the importance of cooperation,and have a strong collective awareness;However,they are not very proactive in cooperation,and need to be improved in finding problems,emotion regulation and organizational leadership.The research conclusion enriches our cognition of social media use and correctly recognizes the positive significance of social media use for modern life.At the same time,some thoughts were made on how to optimize the use of social media by college students and promote the improvement of their cooperation ability.First,build a healthy and harmonious social media environment through multi-party cooperation.Second,colleges and students should make rational use of social media,give full play to the advantages of social media,and promote the development of College Students’ cooperation ability. |
