In the kindergarten one-day activities,indoor area activities are the most attractive activities,but also a form of education with great development value,which can promote the personalized development of children in many aspects.The organization and guidance of teachers for indoor regional activities is an important part of kindergarten education work,and has an important impact on children’s learning and development.When the current preschool education in the new situation,to improve the quality of the level of kindergarten and wang,to promote the game to the curriculum reform and the development of basic activities,investigate and dialysis current kindergarten indoor areas of practice,the current situation and problems to explore and innovation kindergarten teachers to guide children’s train of thought and method,in order to fully implement indoor significance of regional activities to promote children’s learning and development,is all the more urgent.In this study,a demonstration park in Haikou was selected.Six preschool teachers in small,middle,and large classes were selected using random sampling methods.The literature method,observation method,interview method,and case analysis method were used to conduct indoor park activities in the park.Teachers guide research on the status quo.Summarized the problems existing in the current teacher’s guidance of indoor regional activities are: the activity plan stays in writing;the unreasonable placement of regional materials leads to the lack of interest in activity materials by children;the principle of fairness in regional selection leads to the involuntary children’s choice;the guidance is biased Phenomenon,ignore the reading area;the timing of intervention is mainly to maintain safety and order;vertical guidance is the main way to ignore the subjectivity of young children;attention to knowledge skills and routines,and its hidden value;teachers neglect the necessity of activity evaluation;Activity evaluation is mainly teachers,lacking depth.In view of the current problems,the researchers analyzed the existing problems from the kindergarten management level and the teacher’s own level,and proposed improvement strategies from the kindergarten management level and the teacher’s own level to improve the teacher’s guidance quality.
