| In 2018,The State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era,which stated that "strengthening teachers is the first step to rejuvenating the country",and raised the construction of teachers to a new strategic height.As an important part of the teachers,the improvement of the core quality is of great significance for the overall development of students.The study on the core literacy of junior middle school teachers not only provides guidance for the practical work of junior middle school teachers,but also enriches the theoretical system of teachers’ core literacy.This study constructs the structure of the core literacy of junior middle school head teachers based on the combing of existing references and policy texts,that is,the core literacy of junior middle school head teachers includes four aspects: students’ guidance literacy,class construction literacy,communication and cooperation literacy,and independent growth literacy.The questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate the head teachers of 7 middle schools in X city.The survey results show that the core quality of junior middle school head teachers in X City is generally at the general level.Generally speaking,the head teacher of X junior high school is relatively good in the students’ guidance quality,communication and cooperation quality.Poor performance in class construction accomplishment and independent growth accomplishment.Specifically,the junior high school teacher has deficient in different degrees in the four dimensions.Student guidance quality: there are some problems of insufficient student evaluation ability and career guidance that need to be improved.Class construction accomplishment: the class construction ability is poor,and the organization ability of class activities needs to be improved.Communication literacy:there are problems such as weak home-school cooperation ability and weak awareness of community linkage.Independent growth accomplishment: there are problems of weak lifelong learning consciousness and reflective ability to be improved.In view of the above existing problems,this study analyzes them from three levels of the education management department,the school and the head teacher himself.In order to improve the core aspects of the training department should improve the relevant training,and improve the work actively.At the same time,we will enhance our capacity for independent development. |
