| The prosperity and decline of a nation’s fortunes depend on education,and the prosperity of education leads to the prosperity of the country.The education plan is based on teachers,and if teachers are strong,the country is strong.Teaching by example is more important than teaching by words.Talent is more important than moral education.Throughout history,moral education has always been the focus of all countries in the world.The construction of teacher morality is very important to the development of universities and the country.In recent years,my country has been committed to the implementation of the education reform policy.In the process of implementing this policy,colleges and universities directly assume the important function of cultivating teacher ethics.Whether college teachers have noble teacher ethics will directly affect the thinking and value of students Concepts indirectly affect the behavior patterns of students.Therefore,the moral education of college teachers has become more important.In the new era,young teachers have gradually become the main force in the teaching team of colleges and universities.General Secretary Xi once said that “youth is the future of the country”,and the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation can only be achieved by relying on young people with lofty ideals,sense of responsibility and superior skills.Therefore,if we want to promote the steady advancement of education reform policies and build a high-quality teacher team,we must take young teachers as the starting point and focus on the development of teacher ethics.This research incorporates research methods such as literature research method and questionnaire survey method.Firstly,it sorts out the relevant research results in the field,and explains the research background and significance of this article.Secondly,clarify the definition of youth education and other related concepts in this article,and further clarify the key to the construction of young teachers in colleges and universities.Third,students and teachers from many domestic colleges and universities were used as survey samples to carry out questionnaire surveys,and to obtain more true and credible results on the status quo of teacher ethics education of young teachers,and to explore the existing shortcomings in the current construction work.Finally,based on the current problems,it puts forward effective countermeasures to cultivate the ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,implement an effective evaluation mechanism for the ethics of young teachers in colleges and universities,and encourage young teachers to consciously shoulder their moral obligations. |
