Young College Teachers' Professional Ethics Situation And Strategies

Young college and university teachers are the most promising and essential part of a collage or a university. Their vocational ethics not only is tightly linked with the qualities of the students and the scientific study of the college, it also can directly influence the enforcement of the national education stretegies of this century. What is more, from a long run, their vocational ethics will determine the nation's future. However, under the influence of different complicated circumastences the young teachers are faced many new problems with their vocantional ethics, which shoud not be ingnored. Among these problems, some hampers their all-round self-development rootly, and they all go against the basic principles and spirits of the teachers vocational ethics. Some even hinder the enforcement of the national education policies, and this does no good to the cultivation of the students. Based on the new requirements of the vocational ethics in this time , we should observe thoroughly their practical features, and after analyzing the causes of the new probloms,we can propose reasonable countermeasure, which will provide wide reliable basis for the designs for the construction of the vocational ethics.This paper mainly disscusses the construction of the vocation ethics of the young college and university teachers. Based on the previous study and the anthor's research,the paper reveals to the reader the problems with the young teacher group's vocational ethics and the causes of these problems. Following this,the author put forward some good advice on the construction of the vocational ethics of the young college and university teachers. Through disscussion, the author analyzes the different roles the government, society and the college and university plays in the construction. At the same time, the author also gives out the concept of the practice of vocationnal ethics and ethical sentiment of the young college and university teachers. On the arguments of the necessity and significance of the construction of vocational ethics of the young college an university teachers, the author proves us the value of this study, whether seen from the theorotical or practical persperctive. This paper is inclusive of five parts:The first part is the introduction. In this part, this paper mainly expatiate the necessity, importance and practical good to heighten the construction of the young teachers vocational ethics. By the introduction of the conception of ethics,teacher's vocational ethics and vocational ethics of the young college and university teachers, the author embodies the the nessecity and the impotance of the construction of the young college and university teachers.In the second part, the author first analyze the status quo of the vocational ethics of the young college and university teachers. Then he points out the problems encountered the teachers'vocational ethics and the causes of these problems. Furthermore, the author accounts the defedts of the society mechanisms for vocantional ethics of the young college and university teachers and the backwardness of the educational means and methods.In the third part, starting with the disscussion of the roles the government and society plays in the constuction of the young teachers'vocational ethics, the author bring forword the guidence and the enviroment problems which can not be overseen. On the one hand, the author illustrates the guidence of the government and society in political qualities and the roles in terms of humanistic care and environmental creation. On the other hand, the author aso makes clear the requirements of the government and society for ideological and ethical qualities and specialty qualities. Based on this statement, the author gives very effective suggestion on the guidence and enviromental creation of the government and society.In the fourth part, the paper mainly tells that the college and university plays vital part in the construction of the vocational ethics of the young college and uinversity teachers. Some concrete measures are mentioned in this part, such as the guarantee of the policies and the rules of the college and universities, active creation of a favorable enviroment to improve administration and the daily care for the young teachers from the colleges and the universities.In the fifth part, the paper probes into the teachers' self-disipline and study. The author puts forward the idea of practice of vocational ethics and ehical sentiment of the young college and university teachers. It calls for self-dicipline and more study for the teachers to become qualified.Arranged in the form of raising proplem, analyzing problem, solving problems and concluding the significance, this paper does well study the status quo and the construction of the vocational ethics of the young college and university teachers completely and systematically.
