In order to improve the quality of rural young teachers and rural education,to promote the balanced development of education and the construction of a new socialist countryside,research has been carried out on the professional status quo and career planning of rural young teachers,by investigating the current situation of Rural Young Teachers’ Working Environment,working experience and career planning,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 255 Rural Young Teachers.The results show that young teachers in rural areas have no obvious characteristics in their career stage,although they are under great pressure,lack of satisfaction,and lack of training and further education opportunities,they are active,serious and enthusiastic in their work and related factors;While recognizing the need for career planning,they are put on hold due to lack of relevant knowledge and guidance;they have strong learning and training needs for career planning,but schools and relevant departments do not pay attention to them;The career planning of the current rural young teachers mainly tends to promote their professional titles and gain the approval of students and parents The main factor influencing the rural young teachers’ career planning lies in their cognitive evaluation of their own professional knowledge and ability.The paper puts forward the following countermeasures: Firstly,to improve the status quo of the profession,to provide a beneficial environment for career planning,teachers should know themselves objectively and comprehensively,and to reflect themselves actively;Schools and education departments should take the initiative to care for teachers,formulate a reasonable teacher evaluation system and establish a scientific salary system,and social and environmental departments should guide and respect their dedication and give them special awards.Secondly,we should take career planning as the key to promote teachers’ professional development.Teachers should strengthen their consciousness and ability of career planning,understand career planning,make clear their career ideal and goal,and learn to feedback and correct them in time Relevant departments promote career planning,realize the importance of career planning,create a career planning atmosphere,and help adjust career planning.
