Colleges and universities are important positions in cultivating the talents needed by the society,serving the society,promoting scientific and technological innovation and cultural prosperity and development.Xinjiang colleges and universities also bear the task of De polarity and anti-secession.Teachers are the most valuable resources of colleges and universities.And the young teachers are the most dynamic and potential part of the university teachers' groups.Their development potential and teaching and research ability directly determine the level of teachers in colleges and universities.Career planning for the development of young teachers into a new impetus in the personal career development,the development of colleges and universities and the development of higher education in the western region to provide a reasonable and rational development direction.This paper is divided into seven parts in the research content.The first part of the introduction,from the perspective of the individual level of young teachers,the development of higher education in the western region and the deepening of the reform of the western institutions,explains the background and significance of the topic,integrates the domestic and foreign scholars' research results and expounds the evaluation.So the formation of suitable for the composition of this article structure and research methods.The second part focuses on the theoretical basis of career planning,with the relevant concepts defined and theoretical basis for the two major part.The third part analyzes the status quo of young teachers 'career planning in Xinjiang colleges and universities,analyzes the situation of young teachers' career planning and finds out the problems.The fourth and fifth parts analyze the causes of the problems,including the lack of knowledge of the young teachers' own career planning,the lack of comprehensive planning and the lack of relevant policies.Sixth part is the experience for reference.Studying foreign University,Central South University and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology on post setting,selection,organization and other experiences in career planning.And then to improve the application as much as possible for the experience of Xinjiang colleges and universities.The last one part puts forward some suggestions on the career planning of young teachers in Xinjiang universities.Therefore,wish the higher education of Xinjiang in the near future with a more rational construction and a more distinctive characteristics to establish a group of internationallyknown,featured and high-level colleges.Making contributions to enhance China's comprehensive national strength.
