The modernization of educational governance is an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and educational supervision is an important practical content of educational governance.The reform and innovation of the educational supervision system is one of the keys to the innovation and development of my country’s educational work.Standing in the new era,looking back at the changes of my country’s education supervision system since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and exploring the modernization development characteristics of China’s education supervision system,have important theoretical value for promoting innovative changes in my country’s education supervision system,and for promoting new The vigorous development of education in my country has important practical significance.Based on this,this paper takes my country’s education supervision system as the research object,uses literature research method,comparative research method and text analysis method,and conducts research according to the logic of "how to develop in the past-what are the characteristics of the present-how to innovate in the future".By sorting out the changes of my country’s education supervision system since the founding of New China,based on the important historical nodes in the country’s development process,it is divided into the initial construction and stagnation stage,the recovery and reconstruction stage,the reform and deepening stage,the new era China Characteristic education supervision system construction stage.By sorting out the supervision institutions,supervision functions and supervision scope in the transition process of each stage,it is found that my country’s education supervision system shows that the education supervision institutions change from "dependence" to"independence",and the supervision functions change from "single" to "coordinated".",the specific characteristics of the scope of supervision from "partial" to "whole";the experience of changes in the education supervision system mainly includes:always insisting on building a developmental supervision system,insisting on practicing innovative supervision practices,and insisting on constructing guiding supervision norms.In the process of national education development in the new era,firstly,the standardized development of the national system puts forward high requirements for the supervision mechanism;secondly,the modernization of education puts forward high requirements for the supervision team;If the development of the supervision system cannot meet the requirements of my country’s education development,there will be contradictions,and the following problems will arise: first,the establishment and management of education supervision institutions need to be improved;second,the degree of specialization of the education supervision team needs to be improved;The accountability system has yet to be implemented.In response to the above problems,we should focus on the development goals of education in the new era,and realize the innovative development of the reform of the education supervision system in the new era by continuously deepening the reform of the education supervision and management system,promoting the reform of the education supervision operation mechanism,and implementing the reform of the education supervision guarantee mechanism.
