Education supervision work since the founding of new China,China has experienced the inheritance,pause,resume,and tortuous course of development,but whether it is in the nature and scope of education supervision,organization and function,content and way,or use the results of education supervision,implementation made significant breakthrough.Education supervision system is an essential part of education work in the chain,a link is an important component of modern education management system.The change of education supervision system is following the development of national economy reform,education reform,the progress of social culture changes.It on our country's education policy,the implementation of policies,laws and regulations,and the steady development of the education supervision,guidance and promoting role.Education supervision can timely feedback information,provide the basis for decision-making,and effectively guide the government at a lower level,the competent administrative department for education and scientific research institutions,schools and so on carries on the scientific management.Modern education steering system originated in the west,in the early 20th century,introduces process,was introduced into China,and gradually form a systemized guiding China's modern education system.Needless to say,the formation and evolution of the education supervision system of new China,is the education system in succession during the period of the republic of China,the education thought and education gradually formed on the basis of the administrative system,it must have a continue to improve and perfect the process.In this process of change,the exploration and reform of the education supervision system accumulated many advanced experiences for us,for the healthy development of our modern education steering system have certain reference and enlightenment function.On October 1,2012 in the education supervision regulations issued under the new situation,to review sionce the founding of new China,the development of education supervision system and experience,for the perfection of modern education supervision system with Chinese characteristics has a profound practical significance.Also further shows that our country has established the central,provincial,municipal and country level 4 education supervision institutions.Our country has established the education decision-making,execution,supervision and coordination of the administrative management system of the modern education,it shows that the modern education with Chinese characteristics to supervise the system construction and achieve a qualitative leap at time.Therefore,the different historical period,the nature of education supervision system has a profound change.Based on the order of events,after the founding of new China as an opportunity,in stages to interpreting the historical development of education.supervision system,in such a complex social background analysis system is how to set up and developed;Moreover,through the since the founding of new China,this a few times education supervision system in the historical context of comb,rational look at different period under the background of education steering system characteristic and the objective law of development,and found that China's education problems existing in the supervision system in transition,summarizes the historical development of education supervision system in China advantages and disadvantages,and take its reasonable place,draw on its successful experience,in order to our country's education practice and education reform in the future play a better role in promoting;Finally,this study based on the change of education supervision system in China,from the political and cultural,social and economic development level and education management theory system of the overall development of education supervision system in China is put forward constructive countermeasures and Suggestions,and then to the rapid healthy development of the education in China to provide a scientific conception.
