Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Traditional Festival Education In Kindergartens

"Cultural confidence starts from children",and kindergartens carry out colorful traditional festival education activities to help enhance children’s sense of patriotism and national temperament.In order to understand the current situation of traditional festival education in kindergartens,explore the outstanding problems of current traditional festival education in kindergartens and find the countermeasures for its improvement.In this study,12 kindergartens in Xinxiang City were selected as the main subjects,and the current situation of traditional festival education in kindergartens was investigated by using questionnaires and interviews,and the problems were analyzed and summarized as follows: first,the target orientation of traditional festival education in kindergartens is not accurate,second,the content of traditional festival education in kindergartens is not systematic,third,the implementation process of traditional festival education in kindergartens is not standardized,fourth,the The evaluation of traditional festival education in kindergarten is not scientific,and the effectiveness of traditional festival education in kindergarten is not significant.Based on the questionnaire data and the interviews,the reasons for the problems are: deviations in the concept of traditional festival education;teachers’ poor knowledge of traditional festival education;lack of special training in traditional festival education;lack of teaching and research system for traditional festival education;inadequate evaluation system for traditional festival education;and insufficient guarantee for traditional festival education.In order to improve the effectiveness of traditional festival education in kindergartens,the following countermeasures are proposed: establishing correct concepts of traditional festival education and providing value guidance;strengthening the construction of teachers to improve teachers’ ability of traditional festival education;improving the teaching management system to improve the scientific nature of traditional festival education;constructing a perfect evaluation system of traditional festival education to steadily improve the quality of education;and properly managing resources to guarantee the implementation of traditional festival education.
