With the advent of the information age,real-life problems have become more comprehensive and complex,and society calls for the emergence of more complex talents,putting forward higher requirements for talent training and greater challenges for IT teaching.2022,the Ministry of Education’s latest IT curriculum standards clearly stipulate the establishment of interdisciplinary thematic learning activities,strengthening interdisciplinary interconnections,and driving curriculum integration The implementation of interdisciplinary theme learning activities is to strengthen the interconnection between disciplines,to promote integrated curriculum implementation,and to strengthen practical requirements.Interdisciplinary theme-based teaching is a teaching concept and practice that breaks down disciplinary boundaries on the basis of adhering to the disciplinary standpoint and uses themes as a medium to promote students’ overall development through problem-oriented overall design and implementation.However,there are relatively few effective research on interdisciplinary teaching in IT courses and concrete implementation models for teaching design.Based on this,it is of practical significance to conduct research on interdisciplinary thematic instructional design for IT courses.Through literature combing,this study analyzes the current status of research on interdisciplinary theme teaching and IT interdisciplinarity,and clarifies the principles of interdisciplinary theme teaching design.And under the guidance of constructivist learning theory,multiple intelligence theory and contextual cognitive theory,an interdisciplinary theme-based instructional design model for IT courses is constructed based on the model inspired by theme-based instructional design.It includes theme design,content design,concept integration and problem chain transformation,literacy-oriented teaching goal design,teaching process design with the "5E" model and diversified teaching evaluation design.In order to test the effectiveness of the teaching design model,three rounds of action research were conducted with first-year students in a middle school in Wuhan to design a specific teaching process for an IT interdisciplinary thematic unit.The students were evaluated through multiple evaluation methods,including interest scales,learning effectiveness surveys,student interviews,and evaluation of student work.The results showed that the IT interdisciplinary theme teaching design could improve students’ interest in learning IT courses,and their learning initiative,cooperative learning ability,creative thinking and interdisciplinary thinking were all improved to different degrees.The results show that the IT interdisciplinary theme teaching design is effective,and a reference implementation strategy is given at the end of the action research. |
