Mathematics teaching objective is the starting point of mathematics teaching activities,which has the function of guiding and stimulating the development of classroom teaching activities.How to design scientific,concise and vivid classroom teaching objectives is one of the important research contents of mathematics educators.In the teaching and evaluation suggestions of the latest edition of "High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition 2020revision)",it is proposed that "teachers should accurately grasp the requirements of curriculum objectives,curriculum content and academic quality in teaching activities,and reasonably set teaching objectives;The evaluation of daily teaching activities should be based on the achievement of teaching objectives." Function is the foundation of modern mathematics and the most important and complex concept in middle school mathematics."The concept of function" in high school is the beginning of the learning of function content,the important foundation of learning function,and also one of the important contents to promote the development of students’ mathematical abstract literacy.Through literature review and content analysis,this paper studies the design of the teaching objective of "concept of function" in high school,and mainly solves the following problems:(1)What is the current situation of the teaching objective design of "concept of function" in high school?(2)Do demographic factors such as educational background,teaching experience,professional title and teacher background have an impact on the design of the teaching objective of "functional concept" in high school?Firstly,literature analysis was used to summarize the knowledge related to the concept of teaching objective design and function in current textbooks and literatures,and to initially construct "the concept of function" teaching objective design score scale for senior high school.On the basis of consulting expert opinions,the scale was modified and improved to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Secondly,the author collects the basic information of high school mathematics teachers’ education background,professional title,teaching years,normal background and the teaching objective design text of "function concept" in high school,uses the scoring scale to carry out the scoring of the teaching objective design text,and analyzes the current situation of teachers’ teaching objective design through the analysis of the teaching objective design text and the specific scoring situation.Finally,using data analysis software to process the data,based on the data,analyze whether the teacher demographic factors have an impact on the design of teaching objectives.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall status of "functional concept" teaching objective design in high school is general;In the first level dimension,the content dimension is superior to the structure dimension,and the structure dimension is superior to the expression dimension.Among the secondary indexes,the predicate use of teaching objectives is the worst,and the criterion is the best.(2)On the whole,teaching age,professional title and teachers’ background have an impact on the design of teaching objectives of "function concept".Specifically,after post-examination and comparison,it is found that teachers with more than 20 years of teaching experience are significantly better than teachers with other types of teaching experience,which is between medium effect and large effect.After the posttest comparison,it is found that teachers with senior professional title are significantly better than teachers with other professional title types,which is between the medium effect and the large effect.After post-examination and comparison,it is found that teachers with full and partial normal background are significantly better than those with no normal background,which is a big effect.Educational background has no influence on the design of teaching objective of "function concept".Based on the research conclusion,some suggestions are proposed from the aspects of teaching objective design and teacher development.Suggestions on the design of teaching objectives:(1)When designing teaching objectives,attention should be paid to the discrimination between state verbs and action verbs;(2)When designing teaching objectives,attention should be paid to the embodiment of information education technology.Suggestions on the development of teachers:(1)Give full play to the role of teachers’ "guidance" and learn the experience of designing teaching objectives;(2)Strive for the opportunity of continuing education and enrich my teaching background.
