| With the rapid development of our country’s economy and society,people’s life style and life concept are also changing,the traditional concept of marriage has been greatly impacted,and the divorce rate in all parts of the country has been rising,and divorce has become a common phenomenon.Divorce destroys the family system,changes the original family structure,and causes the lack of some family functions.Teenagers living in divorced families often have a series of problems in self-cognition,behavior and parent-child relationship.As one of the cores of the whole family relationship,parent-child relationship is of great significance to the healthy growth of teenagers and the harmony of families.The purpose of this study is to use the professional theories,methods and skills of social work to explore practical methods to solve the problem of parent-child relationship among teenagers from divorced families,so as to provide some reference experience for intervening in such problems.At the initial stage of the case,social workers used interviews and observation methods to collate and analyze the collected information and found that the main problem of the divorced family teenagers is the parent-child relationship.On this basis,under the guidance of Ellis’ ABC Emotion Theory,Dominance Perspective Theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,the case work method is used to provide services for case owners with parent-child relationship problems.In the concrete practice process,social workers intervene in the parent-child relationship of the case owner in three stages.In the first stage,with the help of case talks and the strength of peer groups,the case owner changed all kinds of irrational cognition after family divorce.In the second stage,the learning of video materials helps the case owner make up for the blank of adolescent knowledge,and sharing the method of controlling emotions with the case owner improves the case owner’s ability to cope with rebellious psychology.In the third stage,the father of the case owner is guided to realize his own educational misunderstanding,break the gap between parents and children,improve the communication between the case owner and father,and rebuild the rules of getting along within the family.After the service,the social worker evaluated and paid a return visit to the case owner and his family members,and found that providing services for teenagers from divorced families with parent-child relationship problems by casework has a good intervention effect.At the end of the article,the social worker summarizes and reflects on the whole case service,and puts forward some suggestions of his own. |
