Talent is the primary resource,is the most important part of the strategy of a strong country,the Party’s 20 th National Congress report clearly pointed out that for talent to attach great importance,and further from a strategic overall height to accelerate the construction of a strong talent country put forward new requirements and make new arrangements.General Secretary Xi especially pointed out that the focus should be on training,building and attracting talents,so that they can become the leaders and drivers of national and social development.The road to a strong country requires accelerating the construction of talents,making every effort to promote the quality of independent training of talents,and making efforts to build top innovative talents.Development depends on talent innovation to drive,in the use of talent to always uphold the people-oriented thinking,the talent to be fully respected,trust,tolerance and good treatment.Talent resources are vital and indispensable to the economy and society,and are an important vehicle to support the development of a region.For a region or city,it must achieve a certain level of talent attraction in order to retain the talent it cultivates,reduce the brain drain rate and further attract talent from other regions to come and live and work here.In this context,how to attract and retain talents is an important issue that every city and region needs to focus on.At the same time,governments around the world have responded to set off a "war for talent".As a key region in the strategic layout of the rise of the central region,Anhui Province,with its obvious location advantages,has a particularly urgent demand for outstanding talents.In order to improve the level of talent attractiveness of Anhui cities,this paper analyzes the level of talent attractiveness of 16 cities in Anhui Province and proposes feasible countermeasures.This paper firstly gives a brief overview of the current situation of talents and their mobility in Anhui Province;then,total of 19 specific indicators at four levels of economic development level,natural living environment level,social living environment level and public service level is established to evaluate and analyze the urban talent attractiveness status of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2017-2021 using the entropy weight method.According to the results,the urban talent attractiveness of Anhui Province is explored of talent attractiveness,and the regional clustering analysis.The results show that the talent attractiveness of cities in Anhui province is influenced by four areas together,namely,the level of economic development,the level of natural living environment,the level of social living environment,and the level of public services,among which one of the most influential factors is the level of public services,and the least influential factor is the level of natural living environment.Finally,based on the research results of the talent attractiveness situation in Anhui cities,the following three specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: first,to accelerate the overall development level in the region,second,to reduce the talent attractiveness gap between cities,and third,to increase the support for relevant talent policies.In order to promote the improvement of talent attraction in Anhui cities and realize the sustainable development of talent attraction in Anhui cities.Figure [7] table [12] reference [52]... |
