| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the most arduous and arduous task of building a socialist country in all respects still lies in rural areas,and effective governance is the key to promoting rural revitalization.All grassroots party organizations and governments should build a grassroots governance system of "autonomy and co governance",play the main role of the masses,and promote the modernization of rural governance system and governance capabilities.In the process of building a social governance system,voluntary service is one of the important forms of social governance in the new era,closely related to social harmony and residents’ lives.The improvement of volunteer services for rural residents and the construction of volunteer teams are also an important part of grassroots governance in society,which is crucial for the construction and development of rural areas.The governance and construction of rural areas should not only fully mobilize the active participation of local residents,but also seek the help of external resources and professional forces.Social workers,as one of the important subjects,can enhance their ability to participate in volunteer service activities and effectively promote the achievement of rural revitalization goals through their involvement in rural volunteer service construction.Based on this,how to combine social work with the construction of volunteer services for rural residents,how to solve existing problems,and from which aspects to intervene to improve the construction of volunteer services for rural residents are all issues that should be explored.This article takes volunteer service in Village A as an example,investigates and analyzes the situation of volunteer service in Village A through interview and participatory observation methods,and uses empowerment theory and social system theory to explore the path of rural volunteer service construction from the perspective of social work.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of introducing social work into rural volunteer service,and further proposes corresponding suggestions.It is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this article,the current research status at home and abroad,and the application of theory and research methods;The second part introduces the basic situation of Village A,as well as the problems and needs analysis of villagers’ volunteer service construction.The main problems include insufficient service awareness,lack of professional resources,and lack of organizational and management abilities of staff.At the same time,villagers also have needs for volunteer service knowledge,skills,and self growth;The third part focuses on the specific group work plan design and group training plan for social work intervention in response to the problems and needs of volunteer services in Village A;In the fourth part,social workers conduct preliminary volunteer team building and ability enhancement cultivation for group members.Through specific activity process records,they compare the cognitive situation and service ability changes of group members before and after intervention,evaluate the learning effectiveness of group members and the training goals achieved;The fifth part is to analyze and sort out the intervention effect based on the group evaluation,and summarize the service effectiveness and shortcomings of social work in volunteer service construction;Finally,based on the practical effects of social work intervention in volunteer services in Village A,this study summarizes the relevant experience and proposes suggestions for social work intervention in rural volunteer services. |
