A Research On The Adaptation And Guidance Of Higher Education To Society Under The New Development Pattern

Throughout the world,the current world situation is turbulent,full of complexity and instability,especially many difficulties appear in economy and technology.China is facing crisis and transformation pressure in the new historical period.In order to cope with the current situation crisis and achieve the centennial goal of the new stage,the government scientifically adjusted the development strategy and proposed to build a new development pattern.The focus of the new development pattern is based on domestic demand,integrating international and domestic cycles to create two situations of high-quality independent development and high-level opening up.In the future,China will focus on gathering the strength of social organizations to help build the new development pattern.As the backbone of the development of national undertakings,higher education is expected to constantly think about self-positioning and provide practical value for the new development pattern.Facing the new pattern,how to realize its own development based on social needs and better serve social development is a major issue for China ’s higher education in the new development stage.Combining the theory of the primary stage of socialism and the system theory,basing on the supply and demand relationship between the new development pattern and higher education,and considering the history and reality,this study believes that higher education has the necessity and ability to adapt to and lead the new development pattern,and puts forward specific practical strategies.This study mainly consists of three major parts and five chapters.To sort out the nature of the research problem.The construction of higher education to adapt and lead the new development pattern is actually a practical problem of the relationship between higher education and society.Combing the relevant arguments of higher education and social relations,it can be seen that the adaptation and guidance of higher education are important arguments to explore the relationship between higher education and society.After the opposition and reconciliation of various theories,the new era gradually tends to advocate the basic view of "based on adaptability and highlight leadership".To review history and examine the background of the present era.First of all,combing the historical stage characteristics and development trend of higher education and social relations,which can clarify the ideas for the development of higher education under the current new development pattern.In general,the relationship between China’s higher education adaptation and leading social development shows stage differences,from the passive adaptation stage to the active adaptation stage,until the new development stage,higher education is required not only to adapt to social development,but also to lead it.From the demand side,the new development pattern puts forward practical needs for higher education in terms of talent training,scientific research,social services,international exchanges and cooperation.From the supply side,At present,China has a huge scale of higher education,a relatively complete higher education system,gradually improving the quality of higher education,effective regional integration and active foreign exchange and cooperation capabilities,which can meet the needs of the construction of the new development pattern to a certain extent.For all that,higher education also has problems such as unbalanced talent structure,unreasonable distribution of higher education resources,weak adaptable professional system,superficial regional integration mechanism and unstable internationalization of higher education.In view of the above practical needs and existing problems,this study believes that in order for higher education to adapt to and lead the new development pattern,it is necessary to combine adaptability and independence,and combine "adaptation" and "leadership".At the same time,higher education should improve its problem-solving ability and innovation ability.In addition,higher education should show adaptability and leadership in improving the ability of independent cultivation of talents,enhancing the ability to serve regional development,improving the matching degree between disciplines and social needs,increasing independent foreign exchanges and cooperation,and building a sound quality assurance system.
