Reform and opening up has brought about fundamental changes to China’s economic and social development,especially the rapid development of industrial and tertiary industries,and the large-scale rise of urbanization,creating unprecedented opportunities for the transfer of labor force.Therefore,a large number of migrant workers enter the city with their families,find jobs again,and start a new life.Among them,some children who follow their parents lack a sense of security and belonging to the new environment,and they are difficult to adapt to urban life.At the same time,due to the differences between urban and rural areas,they are prone to inferiority complex when they get along with people and are affected by various negative emotions.In addition,the different living habits and behavior habits,these children often become withdrawn,and the integration of peers is exposed,in urgent need of professional social work forces to intervene.This study mainly explores the children of a migrant worker who has difficulty in integrating the peer relationship in school,and makes practical exploration under the guidance of advantage perspective theory and social support theory.In the process of individual case counseling,the aspects of updating cognition,enhancing self-confidence,adapting to group norms,mastering communication skills,strengthening family support,maintaining emotional communication,building school support network,and establishing a sense of belonging,to help the client into the campus peer relationship.After the service,through multiple evaluation,the case owner has obtained a great change,and the service goal is basically achieved.And the following conclusion: first,finding suitable "goalkeeper" is the breakthrough to establish professional relationship;second,family education is the key to develop positive psychological quality;third,peer group support plays an important role in enhancing confidence.
