In social life,the relationship of people can't do without communication activities,and people obtain a variety of knowledge and information through communication activities.People also can improve their emotion and promote their own development by communication.For junior middle school students,peer interaction is the most important in their interpersonal communication.Their daily contact is mainly the similar age peers.Good companion relationship is conducive to their physical and mental health development.And they also can get sense of belonging from companionship.On the contrary,if there are some problems when middle school students contacted with peers,it will affect their learning and development.Rural migrant workers' children as a special social groups,we should pay attention to the current situation of peer interaction.Based on the previous research,this paper takes410 junior middle school students from several middle schools in Dalian as the survey object,and uses the questionnaire and individual interview method to study the current situation and problems of peer interaction.This study found that rural migrant workers' children of junior middle school had some trouble in peer interaction,and mainly as follows: conversation skills are not very good,and their listening consciousness is weak;communication skills are relatively low,and making friends are passive;rural migrant workers' children from country have more problems in peer interaction;some children whoes parents have lower level of education meet more trouble in peer interaction.In view of the problems in the middle school students' peer interaction,the author analyzes the causes of the rural migrant workers' children,their families and schools,and also set up some suggestions on improving the peer communication ability of the rural migrant workers' children in junior middle schools: establish acommunicative school,and provide a good communication stage;strenghthen ideological education,and promote students' healthy characteristic;establish a right family education view,and care about children's requirement of interaction;establish a harmonious family education method,and help children accumulate experience;create a harmonious class atmosphere,and establish a harmonious peer relationship;carry out class activities to improve the enthusiasm of children's peer interaction.
