Peer relationship is of great significance in the growth of children,and the level of peer relationship of migrant children in disadvantaged social status is particularly worthy of attention.And social network analysis is a research method suitable for describing and exploring the structure of interpersonal relationships.It nests individuals in peer groups to explore dynamic peer relationship networks.Therefore,this research uses social network analysis as the perspective,diagnoses the performance of the peer relationship network of floating children in middle class,and designs thematic activity programs to promote the development of children’s peer relationship based on the social network intervention mechanism,and then puts forward relevant operational suggestions.Through preliminary diagnosis,this study found that there are more neglected children among floating children in middle class,and some rejected children also exist;the peer relationship network density is low,peer relationship connections are less,and the class cohesion is poor;there is "in the class" Children with "Lone Star Point",and their social types are rejected and neglected,the two-way choice relationship is less than the one-way choice relationship,indicating that there are less stable friendship relationships among floating children;there are more in the class Small groups,and some children exist in multiple small groups at the same time,but some children are excluded from all groups;the number of core group members in the class is small,most of the children are members of marginal groups,and neglected children and children Rejected children are all on the edge of the peer relationship network.This research combines the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of pre-diagnosis,uses social network data,and starts from the social network intervention mechanism of individual,small group,and class as a whole,and designs a series of activities around the theme of "Me and Friends".Through the later evaluation,this study found that the ratio of neglected children to ordinary children in the experimental group has changed significantly,that is,the proportion of neglected children has decreased significantly,and the proportion of ordinary children has increased significantly,indicating that the experimental group children’s social interaction The type has changed positively;the peer relationship network density of the children in the experimental group is still low,but the number of connections in the peer relationship network has increased significantly,indicating that the connections between the peers of the children in the experimental group have increased significantly;the experimental group has no "lone star point" Young children,it means that all children think they have good friends in the class,and they are willing to integrate into the class,and no longer exclude other children;the strong ties between the children in the experimental group have increased significantly,indicating that there are more and more children in the experimental group.,Stable friendships;small groups;obvious changes in the members of the core group of the experimental group,indicating that the children’s social status has changed significantly.Therefore,this research suggests that when improving children’s unhealthy peer relationships and enhancing children’s overall peer relationship network enthusiasm,we should focus on the peer relationship network of the entire class and place each child in a group,from individuals,small groups to the entire class.Carry out appropriate intervention activities at different levels.
