community.In 2012,the state revised the guidelines for mental health education in primary and secondary schools to further strengthen and standardize the education and management of mental health of primary and secondary school students in China.Psychology course also occupies a more important position in the daily teaching work of the school.Secondary vocational school students are an important part of middle school students,but due to the widespread phenomenon of contempt for Vocational Education in society,the evaluation of the ability and quality of secondary vocational school students is often biased,which often makes secondary vocational school students bear more pressure from family,society and other aspects,and their individuals are more likely to have psychological problems or suffer from psychological problems Disease management.Relevant research shows that with the rapid development of market economy in China,there are more gaps in skilled talents.The state has been increasing policy support and financial support for vocational education,and more and more students regard secondary vocational education as a new choice for future study and employment.The 2010-2020 national medium and long term education reform program points out that: in the future,the overall enrollment scale of general high school and secondary vocational school will be about the same,which means that vocational education will occupy more proportion in the secondary education stage in the future.In 2017,the ratio of enrollment of general high schools and secondary vocational school students in Guangdong was 54:46,which was basically the same.In the past,secondary vocational school was forced to be helpless,but now it has become the active choice of many people.When the number of vocational school students in this part is increasing and the group is changing,their mental health and social support should be more understood and valued."Social support" is an important content of social psychology,which has been widely concerned in recent years,and the research results are increasingly fruitful.Scholars take more specific phenomena and problems in the field of psychology as a breakthrough,such as academic self-efficacy,network alienation,subjective well-being,learning burnout,etc.,to explore the relationship between social support and confirm that a person’s mental health is related to social support.The author transferred from an ordinary senior middle school to a secondary vocational school,and felt the obvious difference between them in management.Vocational school students tend to be more sensitive,rebellious,more emotional,more external manifestations of psychological problems,and more difficult to communicate and discipline.Their mental health needs to be understood and mastered by people,so that they can be more appropriate to the case and carry out education and guidance work.This is not only in line with the spirit of the guidelines for mental health of middle school students,but also conducive to the realization of the needs of cultivating people with all-round development.To explore the relationship between social support and mental health is helpful to manage and guide vocational school students more scientifically.In view of the above situation,the author uses the social support assessment scale and mental health test to conduct a questionnaire survey on the secondary vocational school students in the school,in order to obtain their mental health status and social support related information,and to analyze and study the data,so as to provide more scientific and standardized management for their characteristics.The results show that there are significant differences in the mental health status of secondary vocational school students in terms of gender,grade,major and student source.There is significant correlation between the factors of mental health and the dimensions of social support,but there is no correlation between the factors of learning anxiety and the dimensions of social support.At the same time,half of the secondary vocational school students in the interview could not correctly recognize the importance of mental health education,and thought that the mental health education class was useless,and most of the students interviewed had not been to the psychological consulting room.Parents and other guardians are their important sources of material support,but in the face of psychological confusion,they will choose to seek comfort and help from classmates,friends and other peers.Peers are an important source of emotional support for vocational school students.Based on the above situation,the author believes that,according to the differences of gender and grade,we should carry out psychological education and psychological counseling to the secondary vocational school students,pay attention to the guidance and shaping of the group,organize the team activities conditionally and actively,give full play to the positive role of the peer and the group,and at the same time,help the parents with counseling,and strive to establish a gap between parents and students Through the bridge,actively play the role of emotional support of parents,and jointly promote the mental health of secondary vocational students. |
