In essence,craftsmanship exists as a knowledge system and form of "tacit knowledge",in which the tacit knowledge is contained in the mind thinking and action system of craftsman,which has a high degree of individual originality and can be manifested.The technique in this study mainly refers to traditional manual technique,and the central topic is to explore the teaching path construction of explicit tacit knowledge in technique inheritance.By combining literature analysis,interview research and case study,this paper deeply analyzes how the inheritors and inheritors of skill inheritance break through their difficulties in the teaching process of skill inheritance to achieve the explicit transfer and sharing of tacit knowledge.The main research contents are:1.Analyze the theoretical form of the manifestation of tacit knowledge in the inheritance of skillsThrough extensive domestic and foreign classic and frontier literatures,scientific analysis of the present domestic and international about art inheritance,tacit knowledge and tacit knowledge be made explicit basis and present situation of researches to art inheritance recessive knowledge,skills and techniques at the same time tacit knowledge transfer,skills transfer tacit knowledge be innovated defining the related concepts.In addition,theoretical analysis is made on the manifestation of tacit knowledge in technology inheritance from three aspects: the stage of the manifestation of tacit knowledge in technology inheritance,the transmission process of tacit knowledge in technology inheritance,and the acquisition mode of tacit knowledge in technology inheritance.2.Analyze the present situation and influencing factors of the manifestation of tacit knowledge in art inheritanceThrough the interview method to carry on the qualitative research to the skill teacher and the skill learner.Research results show that the craft heritage status and crafted as the core of tacit knowledge in the dynamic performance and the work in process as the main body of the static form two forms,and then shows skill tacit knowledge in the teaching of art inheritance weakness of tacit knowledge externalization of skills,and skills of tacit knowledge sharing and difficulties,such as poor skill tacit knowledge acquisition and analysis skill inheritance of recessive knowledge ontology,tacit knowledge,tacit knowledge of the receiver and the tacit knowledge transfer media and cultural atmosphere of the four factors of the tacit knowledge in the art inheritance be made explicit.3.Constructed the explicit teaching path of tacit knowledge in the inheritance of skillsBased on skill tacit knowledge conversion theory and art inheritance and influencing factors of tacit knowledge be made explicit in the predicament,try from exploration to teaching in the teaching process of explicit knowledge,practice situation of present together,sharing knowledge and experience of trust relationship reflections of self-realization suggested path to build four aspects.4.Verified the teaching case of explicit tacit knowledge in technology inheritanceWith under glaze colorful fire craft for education case,based on this study build skills inheritance path based on tacit knowledge be made explicit in the teaching,trying to set up master skills with students from the trust of the community,creating the key technology in the teaching narrative,build the "six steps" situation in the pattern,create self reflection learning log four aspects to build the teaching path,under glaze colorful fire craft empirical tacit knowledge be made explicit teaching path.
