Along with the knowledge of the existence of bring forth the new through the old, tacit knowledge in the field of education and teaching is an indisputable fact, more and more educators find tacit knowledge have influence and effect should not be neglected inclassroom teaching. In the field of vocal music teaching, explicit teaching activity is oftenmore important, it not only need to own extraordinary understanding between teachers and students, more in need of a large number of tacit knowledge support. Tacit knowledge actually belongs to the category of psychological knowledge, in our learning process affects our performance,from breathing to sound, from language to emotion,from singing to acting,no one not embody tacit knowledge we inwardly rich.With the deepening of study on vocal music theory, knowledge of cross discipline is to penetrate further into the practice of the teaching of vocal music. Because of the particularity of the vocal music teaching, a bridge between the more and the vocal teaching and tacit knowledge more closely, we in the process of learning and teachingin the continuous development of tacit knowledge and attention, gradually become thevocal music and art field of benchmarking, and even many of the "master" gradually theimportance of tacit knowledge to the art itself, so the development and utilization of tacit knowledge is the pace of the times, it can improve the students’ ability of expression oftwo degree creation ability and understanding of the work, but also conducive to the cultivation of students’ emotion, attitude and values. The vocal music teaching between teachers and students and smooth communication and students’ learning attitudedirectly affects its own performance, so it is an important way to improve the efficiency of vocal music teaching of tacit knowledge research.In this paper, the use of vocal music psychology, education and other fields of research on tacit knowledge of literature as theoretical basis,combining with the vocal singing and teaching practice of many years,make a preliminary research on the existence ofvocal learning in a large number of tacit knowledge. This paper consists of four chapters, the first chapter: Discussion on the concept, characteristics and the relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, the; second chapter:described the system of tacit knowledge among middle school students, teaching of vocal music teachers, teacher-student interaction between hidden, and in section fourthwith examples of several forms of tacit knowledge; third chapter: the main leading fromthe vocal music teaching starting, respectively analyzes the tacit knowledge to the roleof teachers and students; the fourth chapter: propose tacit knowledge to explicit view,and expounds the process and the necessity of tacit knowledge to explicit, in the last section put emphasis on the cultivation of students’ tacit knowledge and tacit knowledgeapproach.By the preliminary study of vocal music teaching from the perspective of tacit knowledge theory, on the one hand, hoping to strengthen my vocal music knowledge depth and breadth, also hope to be able to make their own modest contribution to the construction of vocal music teaching and improvement of the theory of contribution.
