| Homework has the functions of testing,consolidation,feedback and evaluation,and are of great value in helping students to build a correct triple perspective and promote allround development,teachers to improve their own abilities and quality,and teaching effectiveness to enhance and progress.However,the current homework has problems of high quantity and low quality,and alienated functions.In order to solve these problems,which are contrary to the original intention of education,the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education"(hereinafter referred to as "Double Reduction")was born.The document emphasizes the need to "improve the quality of homework design",which requires homework design to reduce the burden,improve quality and increase efficiency.The implementation of the "Ethics and the Rule of Law" class requires not only classroom teaching,but also homework.Therefore,this paper identifies the research theme of improving the quality of the assignment design of "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school under the background of "double reduction".This study contains five chapters.The first chapter discusses the necessity and appropriateness of strengthening the research on improving the quality of the operation design of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools in the context of "double reduction".The second chapter provides an overview of the relevant theories of assignment design,through the understanding of the relevant requirements of the "double reduction" policy on homework,the definition of the concepts of "homework design" and "ethics and rule of law homework design",as well as the recent development area,constructivism,multiple intelligences,life education,Marxist epistemology and the concept of subject curriculum,the understanding of the research theme is initially formed,and it is proposed that the homework design of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" in junior high school should follow the principles of topicality,moral education,practicality and openness.The third chapter is a survey and analysis of the current situation of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" homework design in junior high schools in the context of "double reduction".Through developing questionnaires to survey and interview students and teachers to obtain first-hand information on current issues related to the assignment of Ethics and Rule of Law in junior high schools,and its achievements in homework capacity and duration,students’ homework attitude and current politics of homework were affirmed,and the current problems included: utilitarian tendency of homework target design,relatively closed content design,lack of innovation in formal design and simple surface of evaluation design.On this basis,the main reasons are the deviation of the concept of homework under examination-oriented education,the constraints of teachers’ own homework design ability,and the imperfect evaluation mechanism and supporting support.The fourth chapter explores the specific paths to promote the quality improvement of the design and practice of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" assignments in junior high schools in the context of "double reduction".It mainly includes six aspects: implement policy requirements and create a nurturing atmosphere;reshape the concept of homework and clarify homework objectives;select homework contents and cultivate core literacy;enrich homework forms and stimulate students’ interests;focus on homework evaluation and improve evaluation design;and involve multiple subjects and form educational synergy.The fifth chapter presents specific cases of homework design in conjunction with the Ministry’s version of "Ethics and the Rule of Law" textbooks as illustration. |
